The Warren is set in a small wood on the farm with indoor wood burner stove.Surrounded by farmland and plenty of wildlife, there are many walks and cycle routes. There is a cosy outdoor space to sit and relax by the fire pit or laze in wood fired hot tub. The kitchen, which is a converted horse trailer, outdoor shower, are shared with the other tent on the other side of the wood. You have your own compostable loo. There are many NT houses, Bicester Village, Cotswolds, Oxford all not far away.

Glamping in style with home comforts Bell Tent

Enjoy nature in this romantic setting in either our bell tent or emperor tent with lots of home comforts. There's fresh water on tap and homemade compost toilets. Get to meet our goats and chickens. We're far enough into the countryside to unwind and quietly observe the deer and wild birds, but close enough to Crawley to not feel too isolated. Gatwick is a short distance away if you want to stay just before or after a holiday, eliminating the worry of traffic and rushing to/from the airport.

Four Top

The Four Top is a welcoming 6 meter bell tent which includes two double beds complete with duvet, pillows and linen for that home from home feel in the great outdoors. It also features a private fire pit and seating area. The Four Top has access to a shared outdoor kitchenette with additional seating and is exclusively for glampers. There is a shared glampers toilet and new to 2025 a shared shower incl! Light and power bank available with a small fee and returnable deposit. Towels included.

Tibbs Farm, one of three 5m Bell tents set within the heart of our working farm in our old apple orchard. Our picturesque farm to fork cafe is a 10 minute walk from the tents, with hearty breakfasts, tasty lunches, good coffee and homemade cakes waiting. With mains drinking water, private off grid WC and a rustic heated outside shower block. Please note towels are not provided. Our tents are available during the summer period.
