Townhome vacation rentals in Pula

C’est notre deuxième séjour chez Birgit. Birgit est une personne très accueillante, bienveillante et toujours disponible. Nous apprécions beaucoup résider dans cette maison de ville dans une petite rue très tranquille de Pula. La maison est très bien équipée et spacieuse avec une grande terrasse et un jardin arboré très agréable. On peut se rendre en ville à pied et l’accès aux plages est rapide en voiture. C’est un vrai plaisir de passer nos vacances dans cette maison.

We rented both apartment for a group of 15. There are beaches in walking distance and the town centre and marina is about 20 minutes. The kids loved the tortoises in the garden. We used the kitchens and the barbecue as well for cooking. Nice big garden. Having washing machine and dishwasher was a big bonus. Iva and Katja are great hosts and the house was very clean.

We had a very good stay in the apartment. The interior is modern and in good condition. We had plenty of space even as a family of 7 with a baby. Everything was provided for washing and the dishwasher. The backyard is also nice. One concern was the parking: we had to negotiate for the apartment's spot each time the neighbors changed. There are also neighbors under the apartment and in the backyard on both sides - felt a bit crowded.

Prekrasna kuća, jako lijepo uređena. Sve je uredno i čisto, ima zaista puno prostora. Kao stvorena za dolazak sa prijateljima i opuštanje u Istri.

1 hetet töltöttünk a szálláson gyerekekkel. Kényelmes volt, pár perc alatt elérhető autóval a gyerekbarát strand is és a város is, mégis este csönd és nyugalom volt. A közelben van egy jó étterem. A szállásadók nagyon kedvesek és segítőkészek voltak, csak ajánlani tudom a szállást.

Wir (Familie mit 2 Kleinkindern) haben fast 2 Wochen in dem tollen Haus verbracht. Wir waren begeistert von dem wirklich perfekt ausgestatteten Haus mit ausreichend viel Platz u. 3 Bädern. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Wir hatten Kleinigkeiten im Kühlschrank kühl gestellt, Snacks auf dem Tisch und die Kinder haben von Zoran ebenfalls ein Geschenk bekommen - das war ein toller Empfang. Der Check-In lief super reibungslos u. war sehr herzlich. Zoran hat wirklich an alles gedacht (Küche perfekt eingerichtet, genügend Handtücher, Klopapier, Bettwäsche/Decken, Grillkohle) u. ist schnell erreichbar für Tipps in der Umgebung. Zu Fuß sind kleine Supermärkte, Bäckereien u. Restaurants in 1 Minute erreichbar. An den Strand kann man ebenfalls zu Fuß laufen. Wir sind allerdings wegen des Strandgepäcks und der viel befahrenen Strandstraße ohne Bürgersteig immer mit dem Auto an den Strand gefahren. Dort kann man direkt am Strand kostenlos parken. Danke für diese tolle Zeit!

Der Aufenthalt war grossartig! Die kleine aber feine Wohnung hat alles, was man braucht. Wie haben uns direkt wie zuhause gfühlt und konnten uns auf dem Balkon super entspannen! Die Lage ist ruhig, mit dem Auto ist man in 5 Minuten am Meer. Sehr gerne wieder.

Tolle Unterkunft. Toller Pool. Ist weiter zu empfehlen.

Een aanrader! Pula is prachtig, en het centrum is dichtbij. Taxi voor 8 euro naar het centrum waar je lekker kan gaan eten en allerlei bezichtigingen kan doen. Ik kom zeker nog terug!

Fantastic host and fantastic house! Highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay in town and walk only few mins go Arena and all the restaurants. Igor was great - very helpful, he recommended us some great places to eat. The house is what you want for family holidays. Very well stocked, kitchen basically has everything you need. You can feel there like at home. We got welcome drinks which was such a nice thing (thank you!). You have there even umbrellas, which was a life saver on one day You might need to park your car around 10mins from the house if you want to have free parking. Igor has sent us map with free parking areas, so that was very helpful. What else? We enjoyed our holidays in Pula and Igor made that experience even better. So once again Hvala!

Wir hatten einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt in dieser Unterkunft! Der Pool war ein absolutes Highlight und bot viel Platz zum Entspannen und Genießen. Man hat immer einen Platz am Pool gefunden und es war sehr ruhig. Das gesamte Haus war sehr großzügig geschnitten, sauber und bestens ausgestattet – es hat uns wirklich an nichts gefehlt. Die Kommunikation mit Ivona war ebenfalls problemlos, sie war jederzeit schnell erreichbar und sehr freundlich. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

Appartamento adatto per 4 persone, moderno e funzionale. Pulitissimo con balcone molto comodo. Zona molto tranquilla, a 3 km a piedi dal centro di Rovigno ma vicinissima alla spiaggia Cuvi (5 minuti). Jasmina gentilissima e sempre disponibile.

This was a highlight of our 7 places trip- a fantastic apartment with an awesome host in a great location. We already want to back and spend more time there. The balcony was great, where we spent all our time when in the place. But easy access to beach, forest and town were amazing. Suzana is great. Cannot ask for more.

From the moment we arrived at the property, we loved it. It has a beautiful stone exterior which keeps the house cool. Inside is modern with a large open kitchen / diner on the ground floor which had everything you could need. There is also a small toilet. The middle floor is accessed by a spiral staircase which was an issue for our little dog but he was more than happy to be carried up and down 😊 This floor has a double bedroom and a gorgeous bathroom with large walk in shower. Also on this floor is a small lounging area which overlooks the kitchen and was perfect for sitting an reading a book. On the top floor is another double bedroom along with a larger lounging area with comfortable sofa and large screen tv. This area is flooded with sunlight from the skylights but was also a great place to relax before bed. Outside is a private courtyard which is a real sun trap. We loved spending time out here. We hope to return in the future as we loved our stay.

El mejor alojamiento en el que hemos estado. La casa es muy cómoda y limpia. viajamos con niños pequeños y disfrutaron mucho el jardín y la terraza. La anfitriona muy amable y nos recomendó algunas playas para ir con niños. Definitivamente lo recomiendo y si vuelvo a Pula me encantaría hospedarme ahí.

Bivanje v tem Airbnb-ju je bilo čudovito! Nastanitev je bila čista, udobna in točno takšna, kot je prikazano na slikah. Lokacija je odlična, gostitelj pa izjemno prijazen in odziven. Z veseljem bi ponovno rezerviral! Toplo priporočam!

Wenn ich mehr als 5 Sterne geben könnte, würde ich das tun. Thomas und Elke sind so herzliche Menschen. Wir wurden sehr nett empfangen, es war sofort wie wenn man Urlaub bei Freunden macht. Die Unterkunft liegt herrlich ruhig und man ist zügig überall um Istrien zu erkunden. Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht, alles super sauber und gepflegt. Die Kinder haben nach dem Baden im Meer jeden Tag den Pool genossen und sich auf Simon die Katze gefreut. Wir hatten einen grandiosen Urlaub hier, gerne kommen wir zurück in dieses zauberhafte Kleinod! Vielen Danke an Elke und Thomas für dieses Fleckchen Erde und den tollen Urlaub dort.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Diana and Aldo are very kind and helpfull people. It was pleasure spend our holiday in their appartment. The appartment and swimming pool was super cool. Everything was clean and looks like new device, but it’s thanks to the care, which they put into it. Both kitchens are equipped to a high standard. We didn't miss anything when we cooking/grilling - Aldo and Diana provided us with a lot of extra things.

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The kitchen had two electric cooking plates and we made several good dinners there. We bought the ingredients at the nearby Kaufland grosery store, which had a good selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and everything else we needed. We also liked the nearby beach and we made several trips to the beautiful Rovinj city center, which was within walking distance. The host was very helpful and friendly and we are very happy with our stay.

Wir waren als Familie (2 Erwachsene mit unseren Jungs 10 und 16 Jahre) eine Woche in Ninas Haus. Es war einfach nur traumhaft. Die ruhige ländliche Lage, das Haus war sehr sauber, der Garten wunderschön mit vielen Blumen und mit liebevollen Dekorationen. Das Highlight war natürlich der private Pool, dieser wurde alle 2 Tage gereinigt. Es gab im Außenbereich eine Sitzecke im Schatten mit einer Grillmöglichkeit, besonders zu empfehlen in der Mittagssonne. Es war alles vorhanden was man braucht, es gab eine Mikrowelle, Wasserkocher, Spülmaschine sogar eine Waschmaschine stand im Bad zur Verfügung. Die Kommunikation war auch jederzeit super freundlich, hilfsbereit mit Tipps für Strände, Ausflugsziel usw. Wir sind früher angereist und durften früher in das Haus, der Empfang war auch sehr freundlich, es gab sogar einen Obstkorb und Wein. Nina war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir wollten gar nicht nach Hause und kommen bestimmt wieder. Wir empfehlen das Haus zu 100% weiter.

Das moderne und neue Haus ist eine versteckte Schönheit. Es wird einem aufgeschlossen und dann kann der Urlaub beginnen. Sofort stellt sich ein Wohlfühlgefühl ein. Alles ist modern, neu und blitzsauber. Wir haben uns alle dort sehr wohl gefühlt und wollten nicht mehr weg. Ljiljana und Nenad sind herzliche Gastgeber und sehr hilfsbereit.

Stefica is a very nice and kind host. We felt like home at her place. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like in the photos. I highly recommend Stefica 's place.
