Casa Lea Istriana is located in the small rural village Butkovici between Pula and Rovinj inland. Stylishly furnished vacation home for 6+2 people on 2 floors is completely newly renovated. It offers you comfortable spaces that are modernly equipped, but many rustic details included. The outdoor area stretches with the view of the green forest. The house is fenced and locked with garden gate.

Apartment is on the ground floor and it have private entrance and private bathroom. There is also 1000 m2 big shared garden with swimming pool, barbecue and a lot of different places for seat and enjoy surrounded with plants and green. All apartments are for adults and for two persons only. Sauna is out of function. SWIMMING POOL IS SHARED. We have 4 apartments in total.
