Welcome to our Villa Apartment in Pula! Our 120m² apartment is located in the peaceful Marina Veruda area, right at the entrance to the stunning Verudela peninsula. It’s just a short walk to the best beaches in Pula, making it the perfect place to relax and unwind, while also being close to everything you need to explore. Our guests have access to a large, shared 32m² swimming pool, with plenty of deck chairs around it to lounge in the sun. You’ll find a peaceful outdoor area to relax and enjoy after a day by the sea. The best part of our villa? It’s all within walking distance. You’ll find Supermarket Grga just 50 meters away for all your grocery needs. The nearest beach is only 450 meters from the villa, and if you want to explore Pula, the tourist office is just 150 meters away. The bus stop to take you into the heart of the city is right around the corner - 200 meters away, just a one-minute walk. Our villa is designed to make you feel at home. The apartment is modern, fresh, and fully air-conditioned for your comfort. Inside, you'll find everything you need for a stress-free stay, from a fully equipped kitchen to high-speed Wi-Fi, cozy bedrooms, and fresh bed linens and towels - all you need to bring are your personal belongings! :) Our favourite spot? The cottage was primarily intended for families to enjoy and for hosting friends by the fireplace, good food, wine and fire. That's why it has a big table and benches. We decorated it to our liking, all the furniture is made of wood. When decorating, we were not guided by the fact that everything must be harmonized and that it should be beautiful, comfortable and functional. As we came up with the idea that we could rent it out, we hope that all the guests who find themselves in it will be just as beautiful and comfortable.

The villa Zoro is situated in the middle of Istria near Pazin. The place is small with very lovely inhabitants. The surface of a villa is 70 m2 with two floors. On the ground floor is kitchen, upstairs are bedrooms.The important thing is a spacious garden with a pool of 48 m2, and barbecue with an outside furniture. The entire experience of your vacation will be complemented by the Istrian style of the garden surrounded by greenery. In front of the entrance to the garden there is a parking lot.

Es ist eine geräumige familienfreundliche Wohnung mit sozusagen drei Schlafzimmern, das Zimmer mit zwei Betten ist ein Anschluss Zimmer neben dem Schlafzimmer mit dem Bad. Es steht noch ein Schlafzimmer mit Babybettchen, das Bad ist nebenan. Ebenfalls ist noch ein Wohnzimmer und Essbereich, sowie eine Küche vorhanden.
