Beautiful house! Remember to enter the apartment upstairs, because the house below has got other bookers. The rooms had everything we needed, and it was all very clean. Pula was reachable within 10 minutes, and we would also recommend Kamenjak on a 30 minute ride. Gracija has been a perfect host, and her parents were very friendly and helpful. Would love to visit this apartment again!

This is our second stay at Birgit's. Birgit is a very welcoming, caring and always available person. We really enjoyed staying in this townhouse on a very quiet little street in Pula. The house is very well-equipped and spacious with a large terrace and a very pleasant garden with trees. You can walk to the city and access the beaches quickly by car. It's a real pleasure to spend our vacation in this house.

We rented both apartment for a group of 15. There are beaches in walking distance and the town centre and marina is about 20 minutes. The kids loved the tortoises in the garden. We used the kitchens and the barbecue as well for cooking. Nice big garden. Having washing machine and dishwasher was a big bonus. Iva and Katja are great hosts and the house was very clean.

We had a very good stay in the apartment. The interior is modern and in good condition. We had plenty of space even as a family of 7 with a baby. Everything was provided for washing and the dishwasher. The backyard is also nice. One concern was the parking: we had to negotiate for the apartment's spot each time the neighbors changed. There are also neighbors under the apartment and in the backyard on both sides - felt a bit crowded.

Beautiful house, very nicely decorated. Everything is neat and clean, there is really a lot of space. Perfect for coming with friends and relaxing in Istria.

We spent 1 week in the accommodation with children. It was comfortable, a few minutes drive to the kid-friendly beach and the city, but it was quiet and calm in the evening. There is a good restaurant nearby. The hosts were very kind and helpful, I can only recommend the accommodation.

Wonderful location, super host, really friendly and helpful. We really enjoyed the view. We ate on the upstairs balcony and so nice to be able to look away on both sides over the sea. We had beautiful weather to swim. It's nice to be able to swim from the apartment on foot. The beds were nice and we enjoyed the bath. We have been there for almost two weeks and also our two daughters liked it very much and beautiful.

We (family with 2 toddlers) spent almost 2 weeks in the great house. We loved the really perfectly equipped house with plenty of space and 3 bathrooms. We didn't miss anything. We had cooled small things in the fridge, snacks on the table and the kids also got a gift from Zoran - that was a great reception. Check-in went super smoothly and was very warm. Zoran has really thought of everything (kitchen perfectly furnished, enough towels, toilet paper, bed linen/blankets, charcoal) and is quickly accessible for tips in the area. Small supermarkets, bakeries and restaurants can be reached in 1 minute. You can also walk to the beach. However, because of the beach luggage and the busy beach road without a sidewalk, we always drove to the beach by car. There you can park directly on the beach for free. Thanks for a great time!

Recommended! Pula is beautiful, and the center is close by. Taxi for 8 euros to the city center where you can eat and do all kinds of sightseeing. I will most definitely be back!

Fantastic host and fantastic house! Highly recommend to everyone who wants to stay in town and walk only few mins go Arena and all the restaurants. Igor was great - very helpful, he recommended us some great places to eat. The house is what you want for family holidays. Very well stocked, kitchen basically has everything you need. You can feel there like at home. We got welcome drinks which was such a nice thing (thank you!). You have there even umbrellas, which was a life saver on one day You might need to park your car around 10mins from the house if you want to have free parking. Igor has sent us map with free parking areas, so that was very helpful. What else? We enjoyed our holidays in Pula and Igor made that experience even better. So once again Hvala!

We had a wonderful stay at this place! The pool was an absolute highlight and offered plenty of space to relax and enjoy. You always found a place by the pool and it was very quiet. The entire house was very spacious, clean and well equipped – we really didn't miss anything. Communication with Ivona was also easy, she was always quickly accessible and very friendly. We will be happy to come back!

Review: I had the pleasure of staying at Ivana’s house in Banjole during my summer vacation in Croatia, and it was truly a delightful experience. The house itself was spacious, offering plenty of room for comfort and relaxation. One of the great advantages was the availability of free parking right in front of the house, which made it convenient for us to come and go as we pleased. The location was fantastic, with a wide array of restaurants just a stone’s throw away. We had the opportunity to explore and indulge in different culinary delights each day, adding to the overall enjoyment of our stay. Whether we were in the mood for local delicacies or international cuisine, there was always something to satisfy our taste buds. Another highlight of Ivana’s house was its proximity to stunning beaches. We didn’t have to venture far to soak up the sun, take refreshing dips in the crystal-clear waters, and bask in the beauty of the coastline. It was a perfect blend of relaxation and beauty.

Everything was great and the host was super responsive and helpful! Me and my friends had an amazing time. Would definitely recommend the place.

This was a highlight of our 7 places trip- a fantastic apartment with an awesome host in a great location. We already want to back and spend more time there. The balcony was great, where we spent all our time when in the place. But easy access to beach, forest and town were amazing. Suzana is great. Cannot ask for more.

From the moment we arrived at the property, we loved it. It has a beautiful stone exterior which keeps the house cool. Inside is modern with a large open kitchen / diner on the ground floor which had everything you could need. There is also a small toilet. The middle floor is accessed by a spiral staircase which was an issue for our little dog but he was more than happy to be carried up and down 😊 This floor has a double bedroom and a gorgeous bathroom with large walk in shower. Also on this floor is a small lounging area which overlooks the kitchen and was perfect for sitting an reading a book. On the top floor is another double bedroom along with a larger lounging area with comfortable sofa and large screen tv. This area is flooded with sunlight from the skylights but was also a great place to relax before bed. Outside is a private courtyard which is a real sun trap. We loved spending time out here. We hope to return in the future as we loved our stay.

Great accommodation, modern and cozy. The kitchen and living room are very welcoming for cooking and gathering together. Perfect apartment for up to 4 people. With nice outdoor area and easy walk to the beach. Professional host.

The best place we've ever stayed. The house is very comfortable and clean. We travel with small children and they really enjoyed the garden and terrace. The hostess was very kind and recommended some beaches to go with children. I definitely recommend it and if I go back to Pula I would love to stay there.

Everything was absolutely perfect! Diana and Aldo are very kind and helpfull people. It was pleasure spend our holiday in their appartment. The appartment and swimming pool was super cool. Everything was clean and looks like new device, but it’s thanks to the care, which they put into it. Both kitchens are equipped to a high standard. We didn't miss anything when we cooking/grilling - Aldo and Diana provided us with a lot of extra things.

The apartment had everything we needed and was clean and tidy. The kitchen had two electric cooking plates and we made several good dinners there. We bought the ingredients at the nearby Kaufland grosery store, which had a good selection of fresh vegetables, fruit, meat and everything else we needed. We also liked the nearby beach and we made several trips to the beautiful Rovinj city center, which was within walking distance. The host was very helpful and friendly and we are very happy with our stay.

We stayed as a family (2 adults with our boys 10 and 16 years) for a week in Nina's house. It was just fantastic. The quiet rural location, the house was very clean, the garden beautiful with lots of flowers and with lovely decorations. The highlight was of course the private pool, which was cleaned every 2 days. There was a seating area in the shade with a barbecue, especially recommended in the midday sun. Everything you need was available, there was a microwave, kettle, dishwasher, even a washing machine in the bathroom. The communication was also super friendly at all times, helpful with tips for beaches, excursion destination, etc. We arrived earlier and were allowed to enter the house earlier, the reception was also very friendly, there was even a fruit basket and wine. Nina was very friendly and helpful. We didn't want to go home and will definitely come back. We 100% recommend the house.

Elke welcomed us so warmly, I have rarely met such a warm person, just great.🥰 The apartment was super clean, tidy and with attention to detail. We had a totally beautiful fresh bouquet of flowers, something cold to drink after the long drive. In between, there were delicious fruits from their own garden. She is very helpful 😍and makes everything possible for her visitors. The pool is huge, we enjoyed it very much and 😃had it all to ourselves. It was a very nice stay for us and we'd love to come back.

The modern and new house is a hidden beauty. It becomes open to you and then the vacation can start. Immediately, a feeling of well-being arises. Everything is modern, new and sparkling clean. We were all very comfortable there and didn't want to leave. Ljiljana and Nenad are warm hosts and very helpful.

Stefica is a very nice and kind host. We felt like home at her place. The apartment is very clean and looks exactly like in the photos. I highly recommend Stefica 's place.

Our stay in Medulin with Igor was great. The villa was in a good location, 80 meters from the beach in a quiet environment outside the city center (about 1.5 km) and the main road. The accommodation was very nice, everything was clean and tidy and ready for us when we arrived. The bonus was a beautiful terrace overlooking the sea, where my friends and I spent pleasant evenings. We only communicated with Igor via chat, but he was very friendly and gave us enough information to stay. We definitely recommend staying with Igor in Medulin.
