Our Vintage Garden Studio Apartment, suitable for two people, is sunny, nicely furnished, fully equipped, with a large terrace lounge and a BBQ. Our guests have free use of bathroom essentials, towels,a hair dryer, an electric cooker, a kettle, a toaster and a lot of other smaller and bigger things that’ll contribute to make their holiday unique and memorable. The apartment is located at about 2 km from the city centre and about 4 km from the sea and beaches. It has free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Also, it's two minutes walking to famous old Roman Amphitheatre, August's temple and City Cathedral. The old Pula's medieval fortress is just around the corner. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the people. My place could be a love nest for couples, but also great for adventurers and families with kids :))

Our home is a halfway between Pula and Kamenjak i.e. 6 km distance to both so having the car is highly recommended! Small yet fully equipped and uniquely designed studio with independent entrance is a fine choice to explore local area all year round and 15 min. walk to the nearest seashore. Elegant and stylish, newly renovated apartment in CITY CENTER. Its LARGE TERRACE with dinning and lounge area and sliding sun protection canopy makes it a rare find in city center. But what makes it a real gem is its own PRIVATE PARKING GARAGE at your disposal. To round out the story, we renovated it to respect its Austro-Hungarian legacy - high ceilings , velvet throughout, wall mouldings, gold details. Although historical, it has all features adjusted for modern life.

The apartment is located in the city center 150m from the most famous Pula monument Arena - an amphitheater from Roman times. In the immediate vicinity there are cafes, restaurants, shops, a promenade and the strict city center with the main street leading to the most famous city square of the Forum. The sea is a few hundred meters from the apartment, but the first beaches are about 2700m away The airport is 10 km away from the accommodation.

The apartment has two floors, with an area of 54 m2. On the main floor there is a living room with the kitchen in the same big space, a bathroom and a charming balcony . Up the stairs, you'll find a romantic bedroom with a small seating area. We are pet friendly and accept one pet free of charge, but will charge a fee of 5€ per day for each additional pet over the first.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants.
