Guests can relax and enjoy the sea breeze on a terrace with great view, or sunbathe on beach chairs. House has a fully equipped kitchen, private bathroom with a walk-in shower, and a living room with Internet enabled TV. BBQ is free to use (it is shared with guests from other apartments). It is possible to rent a boat mooring - with further notice and in agreement with the owner. Wi-fi and parking are free and available on site. Smoking is allowed on the terrace.

The apartment is in the ground flor of the family house, it has it's own entrance, and the whole garden is only for private use of the rentals. You can enjoy the natural shade under the hundert years old tree that dominates the courtyard and find refreshment in the pool during warmer summer days, and in the heated pool outside the warm season. FIT Studio (near the sea)

My little cozy Studio Apartment is suitable for two people. It is newly restaurated (May 2017.) and has separate entrance and little yard with table and chairs in whitch you can chillin and enjoying fresh air. A modern equipped kitchen (electric stove and refrigerator with freezer) will help you to enjoy your cooking on holiday. A pleasant stay in the house gives you air conditioning and contact with rest of the world, free WIFI.

Centrally located, it takes only 3 min walk to our magnificent Amphitheathre and about 8 min. walk to either the strict city centre or our old town ( bars, restaurants, pubs, galleries) All our town beaches are within 3-4 Km. All small villages are cca 5-10 km distant from our apartment.

Our holiday home is a unique place right next to the Amphitheater Arena. Located in a quiet side street with a green private oasis full of native plants. Until last season, we rented out a smaller part of the house, while since this season in 2024, our accommodation has been renovated and expanded to be larger and more comfortable. Free WiFi

Our Casa grotta istriana is located in a quiet part of Pula near the city center (10 min by walk). The house has a private fenced yard and a newly built swimming pool. Many beaches in Pula are located 5 minutes away by car (Verudela, Zlatne stijene, Lungo Mare). Near the house is a Mexican restaurant (1 min) and a supermarket (2 min).
