Anreise war nach langer Fahrt ein Problem, da die Hausnummer falsch ist. Sandra ist sehr nett und spricht sehr gutes Deutsch. Für eine kurzen zwischenstop ist es passend 1-2 Tage.

L'appartamento è ampio, pulito, ben attrezzato. La mansarda con letto matrimoniale è spaziosa, la camera con 2 letti singoli è fresca e ben arieggiata. C'è tutto quello che serve per cucinare, c'è un frigo capiente e una lavatrice 6 kg. La veranda esterna è ampia curata circondata dal verde.

Wir haben uns im Haus Eleonora sehr wohl gefühlt. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten gibt es direkt um die Ecke und mit dem Auto ist man in 20min am Meer. Wir waren mit dem Hund immer an der Luca Beach und können das nur weiterempfehlen 😋 Eleonora war sehr nett, jederzeit erreichbar und die Kommunikation war unkompliziert. Das Haus hat alles was man braucht, war sehr sauber und die Nachbarschaft ist ruhig.

It was a realy great holiday and we were more than happy with everything Stefani had to offer. it was a nice place and very clean. she and her family were always helpful and responded rly quick. They also gave us small gifts over our stay. the location is perfect, it's a quick drive to pula. they also gave us good recommendations for places to swim, eat and visit. I can only recommend it and when we come the next time to Croatia, we will look for Stefanis place and if it's available. thanks again😊

Die Villa ist ein Traum! Pool ist ein Salzwasserpool. Sehr sauber , tolles Design. Küche ist mit allem ausgestattet, was man braucht. Sogar eine Nespresso Maschine wurde uns auf Wunsch besorgt. Villa ist in der Nähe eines kleines Strandes, viele Restaurants in der Umgebung. Korina war immer telefonisch erreichbar. Herzensgute Menschen und eine tolle Villa. Kann es zu 100% weiter empfehlen!

Een mooie plek, modern ingericht in een eigen rustige omgeving. dichtbij zee en een lekker zwembad in de tuin voor de afkoeling, kortom een echte aanrader.

Das Haus ist optimal für eine Gruppe oder Familie die Ruhe und Entspannung sucht. Das Haus bietet alles was man für einen relaxten Urlaub braucht. Es ist sehr gepflegt und sauber und man hat alles was man braucht: Waschmaschine, Grill, Pool mit Sonnenschirmen und Liegen, super ausgestattet Küche (inkl. Spülmaschine). Der Pool wird sogar zweimal pro Woche gewartet - es kommt eine Firma morgens früh rein, man bekommt es meistens gar nicht mit, und reinigt den Pool. Die Gastgeberin ist super freundlich, man bekommt von ihr Tipps und Hilfe, zum Beispiel hat sie uns gezeigt wo man gut einkaufen kann und hat uns auch eine Werkstatt vermittelt, weil unserer Klimaanlage am Auto zwischendurch kaputtgegangen ist. Man braucht wohl unbedingt ein Auto, denn in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Haus ist nicht viel. Wer aber Idylle und Ruhe sucht ist hier absolut super bedient. Und wer gerne grillt wird die Grillecke definitiv zu schätzen wissen. Wir haben sie täglich benutzt... wir kommen definitiv wieder!

During our 2 week stay in Matulji, we had such a great time and our Airbnb hosts were accommodating and very friendly. The apartment had all housing items needed during our time and it was the perfect size for two people. One of the best perks of staying here was being able to utilize the patio and grill amenities to enjoy our meals and spend evenings outside. At various times we did have questions for recommendations and our hosts were very prompt in offering suggestions. Our favorite restaurant recommendations were Mala Riba, Oštarija Osojnak, and Pizzeria Rustica. We really enjoyed our stay and would highly recommend others to reserve with Snježana.

Super nette Gastgeber und eine sehr saubere Unterkunft, in der wir uns sehr wohl gefühlt haben. Wir würden gerne wieder kommen :)

Pleasant and cozy (and brand new) accommodation with a very nice host, which fully corresponded to the description. Bojan was very helpful, he explained everything, provided information about the area and gave us tips on where to go to the beach. He also provided an entrance card to a nearby campsite where we could park and use the camping beach. The accommodation was extra clean and the bed had a great mattress! The mini garden and the surroundings of the house are pleasant and tidy. We felt at home a we would love to come back. There are only a few houses, fields and vineyards around the accommodation which means a perfect quiet place, where is little light pollution so you can watch the night sky.

Gospođa Dragica je vrhunska domaćica! Smještaj koji nudi je savršen, lokacija idealna. Sve kako je opisano i fotografirao vas i dočeka! Smještaj je uredan, čist, mirisan! A tek gospođa Dragica, žena je maestralna. Svjetska žena! Kao majka nam je bila i zbilja smo se radi nje osjećali kao kod kuće i žena nam je omogućila sve što smo poželjeti mogli. Hvala joj! Ako želite i vi uživati u Istri kao što smo supruga i ja, ovaj smještaj je idealan za sve! Mi se svakako vidimo opet!

Abbiamo soggiornato per una settimana ed è stato bellissimo, luogo silenzioso, vicino a tante spiagge e città da visitare. Mio cane e figlia avevano spazio da giocare, siamo stati ricevuti con bevande freschi e anche una anguria. La hostess ha portato anche asciugamani puliti dopo qualche giorni che eravamo gli. Super consigliato.

It’s a lovely place to stay. The host was even better - satisfied all our need, answered all of our questions, provided lots of recommendations on things to see and restaurants for dinner. Even offered to book a table in the restaurant for us, since they were all full. Highly recommended!

When you think about a peaceful and private place to be, this is it. Dijana’s house is incredibly unique and beautiful. It is located in a small, quiet, and authentic Istrian village. The whole time there, we felt like we were at home. Dijana is a fantastic host, friendly, communicative, and thoughtful. All the small details were covered, from spot-clean, beautifully decorated linens and Dijana’s cosmetic accessories to freshly baked and delicious homemade bread. I’m thrilled we found this jam in Istria, and we will definitely come again. Thank you, Dijana, for everything. 🤗

Everything was great. Željka is very friendly and nice. I felt right at home. The room was tidy and clean. Bed was comfortable and the balcony has a nice view. The optional breakfast was good too. Maybe I will visit again one day!

Behagelig familie. God atmosfære. Rart at være lidt væk fra den meget turistede kyst, som dog var inden for gå-afstand.

Una splendida esperienza a Portoroz! Abbiamo trascorso un soggiorno davvero piacevole in questo appartamento. La pulizia era impeccabile: tutto era ordinato, profumato e curato nei minimi dettagli. La disposizione degli spazi è molto pratica e funzionale, ideale sia per una breve vacanza che per un soggiorno più lungo. La posizione è comoda, a pochi minuti dal centro e dalle spiagge, ma abbastanza tranquilla per godersi il relax. Consiglio vivamente questo appartamento a chi cerca comfort, pulizia e praticita! Der Aufenthalt in diesem sehr schönen Haus war einfach toll! Uns hat es an nichts gefehlt, wir wurden herzlich empfangen und haben uns sofort sehr wohlgefühlt. Unkomplizierter Check-In und Check-out. Das Haus liegt ruhig, man ist aber schnell im nächsten Ort zum Einkaufen und am Meer. Es ist alles vorhanden, was man benötigt. Besonders gut gefallen hat uns die Outdoor-Küche! Wir können das Haus nur empfehlen und haben sie Zeit sehr genossen!
