My place is right by sea Promenade, bars, restaurants and dining, film festival and concert venues, family-friendly activities and great views! Also, it's two minutes walking to famous old Roman Amphitheatre, August's temple and City Cathedral. The old Pula's medieval fortress is just around the corner. You’ll love my place because of the location, the ambiance, the neighborhood, and the people. My place could be a love nest for couples, but also great for adventurers and families with kids :))

Casa meravigliosa, Lucano e sua moglie sono gentilissimi e disponibili. Ci hanno fornito il lettino ed il seggiolone per la nostra bimba nonostante non ci fosse nell'annuncio. la casa è veramente una delle migliori in cui siamo mai stati con Airbnb come detto da altri. La posizione è ottima, alcune spiagge si raggiungono anche a piedi, se no in pochi minuti di auto. Torneremo sicuramente!

Heel erg fijn verblijf gehad! Het huis was erg netjes toen we daar aankwamen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De host was ook erg vriendelijk en altijd te bereiken als er iets was. Zeker een aanrader als je naar Pula wilt.

In terms of pricing, it’s a notch above some other rentals but the experience of staying next to the arena is a once in a lifetime privilege. Such an immense aura of history and culture right before your eyes. Need to make up for a few shortcomings in physical terms but the emotional takeaway is priceless. The apartment is one floor up, very spacious with 3 lovely bathrooms. Car parking is convenient on the road downstairs as well as in a car park right opposite and payment is via an app, details of which are on a board in the car park. Day rates are Euro 6.50 per summer but jumps up considerably from 1st of June. Thank you Chris and Nick for keeping the faith. All the very best.

Stoja è veramente comoda e tranquilla come zona, con la macchina si arriva in 7/8 min nel centro di Pola. Noi abbiamo preferito spostarci con il bus perché molto pratico:in massimo 12/13 min si arriva alla fermata centrale ( Fermata Giardini 3 p&r), avendo una carta ricaricabile ( che Bernarda ci ha fatto trovare già sul tavolo con circa 7 euro all'interno 😍) ogni viaggio costa solo 0.90 €. La fermata è ad un minuto dall'appartamento. Sempre nei dintorni si trova il centro commerciale Max City e un panificio. La spiaggia si trova a un minuto a piedi ed è meravigliosa 😍 ovviamente è rocciosa ma quasi come tutte le spiagge qui. Sull'appartamento c'è poco da dire, piccolo ma bello. La veranda ed il giardino con vista sul mare molto suggestivo, letto comodo, cucina Ben attrezzata e Abbiamo usufruito anche della lavatrice. Bernarda, suo marito e la piccola Dotty sono veramente gentili e disponibili. Li ringraziamo di vero Cuore e speriamo di rivederci ancora ❤️

This was by far my best Airbnb experience so far. Tihana is an incredibly kind and attentive host. From the very beginning, communication was smooth and quick, and she did everything she could to make us feel at home. She also provided us with lots of helpful tips and recommendations for things to do in the area, which really enhanced our stay. The Airbnb itself was exactly as described – cozy, clean, and fully equipped. We especially enjoyed the outdoor kitchen, which was perfect for relaxing and cooking together after a day of exploring. The location was ideal for us: within walking distance of the center of Pula, so we could easily visit the city’s sights, restaurants, and shops. At the same time, the apartment is situated in a quiet neighborhood, away from the hustle and bustle. It truly offered the best of both worlds – peaceful surroundings with everything still close by. In short: highly recommended. We’d love to come back someday!

Wir waren Ende Mai mit unseren Hund für eine Woche an diesem schönen Ort. Bei der Ankunft liegt es etwas versteckt, trotz Navi aber die Fotos aus der Vogelperspektive von Ivan waren sehr hilfreich und wir haben es schnell gefunden. Die im hinteren Teil wohnende, liebe Inhaberin hat uns mit netten Gastgeschenken empfangen und wäre bei Fragen oder sonstigem Bedarf sofort da gewesen, war aber sonst sehr zurückhaltend. Das Haus hat eine gute Küche mit allem drum und dran und verfügt über ein neues und sehr schönes Bad. Ein herrlicher Garten und das Meer vor der Tür, was will man mehr. Wir haben uns sehr wohlgefühlt und die Woche genossen.

Pobyt tutaj był wspaniały! Gospodarz był bardzo gościnny, elastyczne godziny zameldowania, kontakt bardzo dobry a ponadto pozwolono nam zostać do wieczora w obiekcie. W basenie krystalicznie czysta woda, okolica spokojna-wokół bardzo zielono, a to wszystko sprawiło, że wyjazd był wyjątkowo udany. Jesteśmy bardzo zadowoleni i z pewnością jeszcze tam wrócimy jadąc na Chorwację!

The villa is spotlessly clean with plenty of towels for the 2.5 bathrooms and swimming pool. A central location to use as a base to explore different aspects of Istria including the hill top villages and diverse coastal areas. The host Marjana, is warm and. delightful. She and her partner want to make your stay very memorable.

Adrian hat uns von sich aus einen früheren Check-in angeboten, was sehr praktisch für unsere Anreise war. Die Übergabe ging schnell und unkompliziert vonstatten. Der Außenbereich war super für unsere Gruppe von 8 Leuten, durch die verschiedenen Sitz-/ bzw. Liegegelegenheiten hatte man auch im Außenbereich die Möglichkeit zu etwas Privatsphäre. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut, es fehlten lediglich ein Seifenspender in manchem Badezimmer sowie ein Geschirrtuch in der Küche. Dafür war zum Grillen alles vorhanden was man braucht. Die 2 Wohneinheiten sind baulich getrennt, die größere und besser ausgestattete Hauptküche befindet sich in einem der beiden Baukörper. Das Wasser zum Duschen war vormittags leider noch kalt, darüber konnten wir allerdings hinwegsehen. Mit einem Taxi/Uber kommt man in 5-10 Minuten in die Stadt. Wir waren froh, uns für Adrians Haus entschieden zu haben, das Preis-/Leistungsverhältnis war sehr gut! Danke nochmals für deine Freundlichkeit & alles Gute Liebe Grüße, Felix

Zelden zo'n gastvrije host meegemaakt. De woning was perfect, modern, superschoon. Helaas gingen de schaduwdoeken stuk na hevige regenval. Valentina haar vader kwam deze weghalen en nodigde ons direct uit om van zijn zelfgemaakte likeur te proeven, fantastisch. Op de dag van vertrek kwam ook Valentina haar moeder mee. Ook toen samen met vaders een proost op de mooie tijd in Banjole gedaan. En de taxi chauffeur maar wachten, maar ook hierin zijn deze inwoners van Kroatië meedenkend. De chauffeur wacht gewoon even. Op de dag van. vertrek mochten we langer blijven omdat onze vlucht s'avonds ging. Dit was ook weer een grote plus! Alle vragen die we tijdens ons 2 wekelijks verblijf hadden, werden snel en prettig beantwoord door Valentina. Ik zou iedereen dit prachtige huis aanraden. We hadden 1 week fietsen gehuurd. 2 Dagen een auto. Verder in de buurt gewandeld en de strandjes (kiezel) bezocht. Conclusie: Een geweldige vakantie met onze vrienden gehad.
