Oscar was a great host. He offered great recommendations for local dining and activities. The location is walkable to a wonderful bakery for morning coffee and great for getting to anywhere in the city. It was clean and easy to access. I would definitely recommend this place and Oscar as a host.

Recommended place, the facilities are very nice and in good condition and most importantly everything is very clean. It's close to downtown and close to the spot there are several places to eat.

The apartment is very clean and pleasant, with a beautiful view, it is a very quiet place, the pools are very clean and beautiful .. we would definitely come back

great place. Everything was very clean. They provide cleaning on a regular basis. Thi place is on a main road, so are lots of diners close by. The place was quiet. Not a lot cooking appliances, but Dayma went out of her way to provide some extra utensils. The mattress was an extra plus to our stay, our backs appreciate the firm place to rest at night. Very safe place to vacation. Getting there was a bit tricky, but once you do it once, it’s easy to get there.

Great place to stay. Private surroundings, balcony was a great place to sit and relax. Looks of great restaurants on the street, and a fantastic place to grab coffee right across the street. A bit of a walk from right downtown - but taxis were available and inexpensive. Overall a great stay.

Carolina was friendly , I felt at home and above all Carolina's predisposition for our concerns, always pending , a very quiet area. Super recommended . A few blocks away is the 5th and several fence beaches,super markets nearby .

We had a great stay at Carla and Sebastián’s place. The host was very friendly and very accommodating to our requests. The apartment was in perfect condition - so clean and even bigger than expected. 24hr security at the front door of building made us feel very secure. We really enjoyed our time here and would really recommend.

Excellent apartment with a great location

Really enjoyed staying at this apartment, very clean and modern, with all amenities needed for our 2 week stay. Also downstairs reception was super helpful for stuff like booking taxis, buying water and receiving our delayed baggage while we were out.

The accommodation is nice and comfortable, it's just outside the center, but we had a vehicle, so in 10 minutes we arrived. The best thing is that it's pet friendly and they have a small garden area with a hammock and a very nice high table.

My family and I had such a great experience staying at Josh’s place. The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and thoughtfully prepared. The location right on the water was absolutely stunning and made for a truly relaxing getaway. Josh was incredibly kind and responsive throughout our stay. A special thank you to Gustavo, the concierge, who went above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed—he was so kind, helpful, and knowledgeable about the area. The little touches throughout the home made it feel extra welcoming. I’d absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a peaceful and beautiful place to stay in Isla!

Loved this place! Perfect for our group of four adults and three young children. Child-friendly pool with shade and shallow areas. Beautiful beach next door. Kitchen has all the gadgets we needed. Only drawback is the distance to grocery stores and restaurants. But there is always Uber!

Yum Balan in Holbox was excellent! Perfect location, steps from the beach. Comfortable and clean accommodations, plus incredibly friendly and helpful staff. Being so close to the water made our Holbox experience unforgettable. Highly recommend!

Clean, nice, and adorable. Sarah and Gerzon provide very good instructions on how to find the location, and are very responsive! I was only there for a few hours as I had a late night and and early flight, but the neighborhood appeared very safe. People were jogging and riding bikes in the morning. Right next to some great resorts that you can easily get a day pass to enjoy the amenities. Will be back !

Beautiful place to spend a few days in Playa del Carmen!

We had a wonderful stay at Diego & Marina's place. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. The complex is secure and has a beautiful, jungle like feel. Getting there was easy and it was within walking distance to many great restaurants! We would definitely come back the next time we're in Tulum. Very happy! 😊

This place was perfect for our trip! The apartment was spotlessly clean—everything felt fresh and well-maintained. We loved the convenient location; 8 min using uber to downtown or you can walk if you like walking. The host was super responsive and even left a helpful guide with local recommendations. Would definitely stay here again!
