Modern and cozy mountain apartment with a view

Modern apartment built in the village of Litzirüti, which belongs to Arosa. To get to Arosa it's a 10min drive or 1 train stop. The train station is only a couple minutes walk away, and it takes you to the bottom of the Weisshorn cable car valley station or the middle of Arosa town, where you can find groceries stores and shops. The house is nicely situated with views over the valley including a nice waterfall and hiking paths right behind the house as well as two good restaurants.

Charming idyll in the countryside

The apartment is the second floor of our wooden house and has been lovingly preserved and restored in wood quiet. It is simply and stylishly decorated to make you feel right at home in the distance. It is spacious, with a large balcony with incredible views over the Prättigau overlooking monasteries in the back of the valley. House is built on the southern slope and enjoys many hours of sunshine. Peace and tranquility are guaranteed here! Most comfortable for 4 guests.
