Beautiful view of the mountain peaks, meadows, pine trees and larchs. From the house you can make wonderful walks to the Maienfelderfurga, Schwifurga, Bärenalm, Stafelalp and Wiesen. Alpine skiing and mountain biking is also fantastic here. The house is located opposite the Rinerhorn, you can easily walk or drive to the ski lift .

Amazing chalet with panoramic view

The chalet , located on a sunny hillside in Klosters, was built in 1964 in the classic Bünder style as the first house on the mountain to capture the breathtaking view. It boasts a prime location with quick access to all means of transport to everything Klosters has to offer. The bus station is only a 7-minute walk away, or in winter you can easily reach it by ski. The Madrisa cable car can be reached in just 3 minutes and the Gotschna cable car (Davos ski area) in 8 minutes. Bus every 10 min.

The chalet is situated on a gentle slope, framed by lush greenery and trees. Its wooden exterior features balconies on the upper level. A winding road leads up to the property, with distant mountains visible in the background under a clear blue sky.

We had a great stay over an extended weekend at this place. There are enough bedrooms to avoid getting in each other's way in large groups, but at the same time great common areas to enjoy the time together. The great kitchen is a highlight for every hobby cook and otherwise there is plenty of activity for all ages with a hobby room, sauna and pool. The place is in a great location, offers a great view and is only 10 minutes from the Savognin ski resort. The communication and organization with Carmen and Luca was always very friendly and fast and all questions were answered quickly. We can only recommend the accommodation and will be happy to come back!

Beautiful house and a fantastic host. I would strongly recommend Walenstadt for a holiday.

It is 1 hour from Davos for people who want to ski. The hostess and her son are always attentive to help you with questions. If you stay in this house you will enjoy your vacation a lot

We felt very comfortable from the first minute. This was mainly due to the charming hostess, a real gem! From start to finish, super straightforward communication and a real feel-good place. Our highlights were the sauna and the hot tub, apart from the great landscape. So far, one of our favorite places to stay! We definitely want to come back! :)

Everything was great, it's a great chalet and the price is incredible for what you get. You first have to understand the description of how the "Smart Chalet" works and read exactly what option you book, we had studio and middle apartment and that worked well. In the upper part it had other guests, but that didn't bother at all. Thanks for offering!

Unique location and beautiful refurbished cottage. Was really an amazing stay for us and kids alike. Great kitchen. Close to train station and in short distance by train to Klosters or Davos.

Relatively convenient to Davos and comfortable. Our group of three found it a good escape from the frenetic pace of the World Economic Forum's annual meetings.

We had an amazing stay for a week. Appartement is well organised, super clean, and with easy access to (ski) facilities. Very friendly and helpful hosts. Thank you Markus and Jennifer!

I can truly recommend this beautiful apartment! Our family of four stayed there for a week and we really enjoyed every single day of our stay. The apartment is extremely well situated for a ski holiday. It really can't be more ski in/out than this. It's also very close to the main street in Arosa, just a few minutes walk to the local grocery store (Coop) and all the shops and restaurants. The pictures don't to the apartment justice to be honest. There is a beautiful view from the panoramic window in the living room/kitchen which you can't see from the pictures. We found it also more spacious compared to what we initially thought. It is very, very clean and very, very well equipped. The kitchen has everything you need, and more. The quality of sleep is great - the beds are comfy and it's extremely quiet. The host is super helpful and very responsive. All in all - I give this apartment my warmest recommendations and we hope to be back!

The house was clean, large and you have a meadow hindering the house, the dogs also felt comfortable! Unfortunately, garbage bags were not available, you should take it from home. The garage is a little small, not suitable for large SUVs. Otherwise, the surrounding area is very nice, quiet location and there are many hiking trails.
