Townhome vacation rentals in Poitou-Charentes

Myself and 7 friends spend 3 nights here and we had the most incredible stay. It is rare to book a unit where there are no bad bedrooms, but all 5 bedrooms in this unit were perfection! Comfortable beds, strong air conditioning, and full private bathrooms in each bedroom. The kitchen and living room spaces were equally as great, and the hot tub was the cherry on top! We also loved the location right next to the park and walking distance from all the city's main attractions.

This place was a dream for us. So nested in the cliff this troglodyte house was perfect for Bruce who had been a life long caver. The house certainly has character and we spent a week comfortably exploring all the caves and the sites around Les Eyzies. People in the village were friendly and we had a couple of nice meals in the local restaurants. The butcher across the road is amazing, thee is a post office , a small supermarket and petrol station. We could have stayed longer.

Logement ideal pour des vacances en famille (nous etions deux adultes et deux enfants) ! La maison se situe a proximité des magasins/restaurants et a 15min a pied de la plage. Le logement est spacieux et comprend tout ce dont nous avions besoin (mention speciale pour les nombreux puzzles, jeux et livres pour enfants) ! Nous recommendons :)

Appartement calme,très bien situé avec vue exceptionnelle , conforme aux photos. Confortable, bonne literie. Seul bémol : les rideaux occultants des chambres ne sont pas efficaces , ils laissent passer le jour. Arrivée et départ flexibles et faciles.

We couldn't ask for any more. From the day we arrived Yves made us feel welcome and did everything he could to make our holiday a good one. We have rarely met such a kind, helpful and generous host in our years of travelling in Europe. Yves had made sure that not only was the accommodation clean, comfortable and well furnished but also the kitchen was very well stocked with essentials such as milk, coffee and tea (2 coffee machines), juice, eggs, bread.... In addition he gifted us wine, beer, fizz and more... Thank you so much, Yves!

We had a splendid time at Emmanuel's place. Our family of five stayed for a week and felt right at home. The house had all we needed to feel comfortable, and it was very clean. We loved the beautiful garden in particular. Also, the location is great. It's a very pretty residential neighborhood, in close walking distance to the beach, shops, restaurants, and all the central port area has to offer. Wish we had stayed longer! We had a wonderful time, and we would gladly return to Marie and Emmanuel's place and to La Rochelle.

Der Aufenthalt bei Florence war rund um schön. Die Unterkunft im Ort Saint Martin de Re ist perfekt auf der Insel gelegen für Ausflüge mit dem Fahrrad in jeden Ort der Insel. Der Ort selbst ist mit seinem Hafen, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants wirklich schön und die Unterkunft in einer kleinen Seitengasse sehr ruhig und doch mitten und zentral gelegen. Morgens haben wir die Möwen gehört. Wir wurden nett auf Französisch empfangen und es wurde uns alles wichtige vermittelt und sich dennoch Mühe bei der Übersetzung gegeben. Im Haus finden sich alle wichtigen Tipps und Infos zum Haus, Ort und zur Insel. Das Haus selbst ist perfekt mit allem wichtigen und mehr ausgestattet und wirklich liebevoll eingerichtet. Allerdings ist die Austattung hier und da etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte in der Zukunft überarbeitet werden (neuer Anstrich, Abschleifen der Arbeitsflächen, Badezimmerfugen etc.). Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt und würden wiederkommen!

Bel appartement Bien situé a proximité des commerces et restaurants de la couarde. Les équipements sont en bon état et l'appartement est très propre.L'accès est très facile grâce aux consignes simples et très claire de Nicolas

Les propriétaires sont très gentils et disponibles, une maison magnifique, spacieux & utile, bien située mais je recommanderais la climatisation sinon les soirées chaudes peuvent être insupportables.

Un grand merci à Nadege et Thomas pour leur gîte de haute qualité, leur accueil, et leur écoute pour nous permettre un très bon séjour chez eux et dans leur belle région. Merci.

Sehr schönes Haus in sehr ruhiger Lage. Sehr sauber und sehr ansprechend eingerichtet mit allem Komfort. Sehr freundlicher Empfang durch Nicolas. Perfekte Kombination aus sehr ruhiger Lage und nur 15 Minuten mit dem Auto in die Innenstadt. Sehr empfehlenswert!

Nous avons séjourné cinq nuits en juin 2024 dans la charmante maison de Simona avec notre petit chien, et nous avons passé un excellent moment. Le logement est conforme à la description : spacieux, propre, très bien équipé et agréable à vivre. Nous avons apprécié le petit jardin à l’avant, parfait pour profiter du soleil en toute tranquillité. L’emplacement est idéal : central mais dans un quartier résidentiel très calme, ce qui permet de tout faire à pied tout en bénéficiant d’un environnement paisible. Simona a été très disponible et réactive tout au long de notre séjour. Nous recommandons vivement ce logement et n’hésiterons pas à revenir !

Tout c'est bien passé conforme et j'avais besoin de temps en plus pour partir à cause d'une compétition et Kevin a été très arrangeant encore merci. En plus l'emplacement est top . petite rue au calme mais à 100 m du centre et de la plage

Super séjour, logement très propre et conforme au attentes. Nous avons passé un excellent week-ends avec ma compagne. Pauline est une hôte très sympathique et proactive.

Logement conforme à la description , calme et agréable , à quelques pas du centre. La cuisine est très bien équipée et la literie confortable. Dommage que le linge de lit et les serviettes ne soient pas inclus dans le prix simplement.

Savennieres est un village charmant et la maison de Richard et Ira parfaite pour découvrir la région d’Angers et ses bords de Loire. Nous avons beaucoup aimé cette petite maison très bien décorée, fonctionnelle et magnifiquement pensée sur le plan architectural. Bravo à l’architecte et à ses ouvriers souriants!

Une petite pépite. C'est un logement qui ne paye pas de mine en photo. Et pourtant c'est beau, agréable, bien pensé, confortable. Logement propre avec tout le confort nécessaire. En prime, une cour intérieure en partie couverte pour profiter de l'extérieur même si il pleut.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans le logement de Simona qui est très bien situé proche du centre ville. Propre et bien entretenu. Nous avons également apprécié le jardin extérieur et le parking gratuit dans la rue.
