In the heart of the Poitevin marsh, on the immediate edge of the river, in a quiet area, the accommodation is ideally located to travel between Niort, the marsh, La Rochelle, Ile de Ré, Futuroscope, Vendée, Puy du Fou, Palmyre Zoo, Ile d'Oléron… Christelle and Jean-Michel, former boatmen guides, will be happy to introduce you to the marsh. You will have at your disposal, free of charge, a boat, a canoe and two bikes.

Located in the heart of Deux-Sèvres, Le Presbytère des Groseillers, is perfectly placed to shine between Gâtine, Parthenay, Niort, Marais Poitevin, La Rochelle, La Vendée and Puy du Fou. In addition to the surrounding countryside and the creek of L'Autize, hosts can enjoy on-site painting exhibitions and music instruments (piano, guitar, percussion). The cottage overlooks and accesses the river, where swimming is possible. The hamlet is very peaceful, and the water is a great place to relax! A walk can be enjoyed from the cottage, along a path along the Vienne River. You can reach Chauvigny on foot or by bike along the trails. There are a few chickens on the grounds. Nightly rate: €52 without sheets + €8 sheets to be paid in advance if needed.
