For your convenience, free parking is reserved for you during the summer season on June/July/August. Parking 10 minutes walk from the property. From your king-size bed, you are immersed in the vineyards, facing the sunset and the stars, not overlooked at all. When you open the dome's door, the Cognac countryside welcomes you with open arms, and 5 minutes away is the city of Cognac with its wine tourism discoveries and other great places that we will be happy to share with you. The former ferry house has been completely restored and converted into a vacation home for 2 people, since July 2022. Beautiful setting next to the river, l'Anglin, overlooking the bridge, the château and the village Angles-sur-l'Anglin. The house has its own garden, and there is a private beach on the estate. The barque is ready on the river, wonderful swimming in front of the door or further on at the Moulin de Remerle or the Moulin du Pré.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
