We're right next to the train station (La Rochelle center can be reached in 7 minutes on the ter), the beach and the Chatelaillon park with its miniature golf course and extensive children's play areas. Contact me at 0699827327. At 6bis, peaceful 80 m2 house in the heart of Châtelaillon, 100 m from a large park and 150 m from the beach. The thalasso and casino, in addition to all the beachfront restaurants, are nearby. Fully equipped house, nothing to provide. Possibility to rent bed linen/towels, contact me if necessary. The room is equipped with a 160/200 bed (220/240 duvet) and the second bed is the sofa bed in the living room, also 140/200.

This building has been built in XVIII century and overlook the Vieux Port. With its three bedrooms and two bathrooms it allow six people to enjoy very comfortably their stay in la Rochelle. Its exceptional situation made it very convenient for going out to a bar or restaurants very near by or to cook products you have bought a the fresh market (open daily). No need for a car to visit and enjoy La Rochelle from this place.
