Le Vignaud is a stunning historical property with loads of space for a large group like ours (8 adults and 5 children). You can walk to the village shops and discover shady walks in the nearby arboretum. The pool was a great hit for the children during the hot weather and there is plenty of outdoor space. The kitchen is superbly equipped with two dishwashers and a separate utility room. The Parc Reynou zoo is really worth a visit.

The house was ideal for our family holiday - five adults and four young children. The children enjoyed playing in the large garden and the adults enjoyed the use of the jacuzzi and sauna. On chilly evenings the fireplace was very welcome, with a plentiful supply of firewood. The hosts were lovely, easy to contact, were available for most of our stay and helped when our car tyre needed some air. We visited many of the châteaux in the area - Chateaux de Langeais, Ussé, Chenonceau and Azay le Rideau. We spent a full day at Center Parcs Les Bois des Daims - only 50 minutes drive. Wine tasting in Huismes - Chinon AOC. The house was overall very comfortable, spacious and generally clean, although we were surprised to find that bathroom cleaning products had not been provided and so had to shop for our own. Perhaps this was an oversight as we were early in the season. Overall a wonderful stay in a beautiful place, very well located for many of the main sites in the Touraine region.

a very atypical home that leaves the imagination to the trip. A bright idea to have created this den for surfing and sea enthusiasts. Dream decor, all in wood, with the necessary facilities for a great stay! The location is very clean and François and his little family are super welcoming. Breakfast in the outdoor kitchen is just a total change of scenery! It reminded me of the summer camps of my youth. I keep and recommend ++++

Very nice and hospitable. Very well-equipped studio. Free parking in front of the front door. Bergerac is easily accessible by a walk along the river. Elena greeted us briefly in person and even brought croissants in the morning. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

As for the large garden with its swimming pool, what can I say, apart from that it is very relaxing with its view of the surrounding nature! Very pleasant stay for two, a very peaceful place to recharge. A quality and very clean space. The estate is very nice and offers many activities and delicious meals. I highly recommend this estate if you want to be in the middle of nature while having a modern and peaceful accommodation. We'll be back, thank you again ☺️

Corine and André are very sweet and hospitable. We felt very much at home and I'd like to come back. André told us a lot and showed us around the castle where they live. By the pool it was very quiet and you are equipped with everything. Sunbeds and umbrellas are provided. Furthermore, we also enjoyed the donkeys, beavers, ducks and the dogs of Corine and André. Actually everything was just perfect! The area was also beautiful, you can visit vineyards or a day to Bordeaux/beach. You'll really settle down here. Thank you again for this pleasant stay!

Marie -Anne is a fantástic host who will welcome you warm and friendly. Everything is very clean and nice decorated, we could stay with the dog in another room. The woodburner was burning when we arrived. Só nice! This was the 3rd time we stayed at this cosy place on our way to Portugal. There is also plenty of space for the dog to play around the house. We will certainly be back again🌻
