In Royan (5 minutes by car from the beach and the city center), I offer this lovely single-story house of 101 m2, completely renovated with taste in the winter of 2022-23, with its beautiful wooded garden of 400 m2 and not overlooked. The house is spacious, bright and warm. It felt good there. It includes a large living-dining room and open kitchen through, 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and 2 toilets including a separate one. It's the perfect place to have a great stay in our beautiful city of Royan.
