Our property sits on 4 acres of tranquil countryside at the top of the verdant Dordogne valleys. Sit back, have a glass of wine, and watch the hot air balloons paint across the sky at sunrise or sunset. Use our bicycles to explore the locale or BBQ outside and take in the scenery.

Le Parc 79 – Historic Manoir, guesthouse & pool

Le Parc 79 consists of 2 houses on 6 acres of private land. We sleep up to 18 people across both, which are normally rented as a unit, giving guests flexible use of the public and private areas. Le Parc (main house) has 6 bedrooms (5 doubles + 1 twin + foldout bed). Le Pavillon (guesthouse) has 2 bedrooms (1 double +1 triple). We offer a 12 x 5m unheated saltwater pool, terraces and parkland. Due to the historic nature of the property it is not suitable for guests with mobility issues.

The land of 1300 m2 is located in the 1st row on the wild coast of St-Denis-d'Oléron, 50 meters from the ocean. Through a private gate you access the ocean by crossing the exceptional area of the vegetated dune with a view of the lighthouse and sunsets. You have private access to an 8-meter infinity pool that is efficiently heated with a solar cover, a pétanque court, large terraces/solarium with BBQ (over 140 m2), a playground with table tennis and darts, bicycles are available for free.

Chez Colette et Mimi is the old barn, built in 1702, which we converted into a luxurious house.
