Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Playacar Beach

This was a GREAT place to stay! Perfect location and very spacious and clean. We loved it!

Wow, BOOK it now! We loved our Spring Break retreat here. The sprawling house is amazing. It was perfect for our 2 families (9 ppl - 4 adults, 5 teen or preteens). We had enough room to spread out but all connect in the amazing spots throughout the property. The house setup gives lots of flexibility to accommodate variety of guests. The porch is awesome. The pool and waterfall are relaxing. The cenote is truly uniques. The support team (Ruth - housekeeper and Rafael - handyman, grounds) are a superb extra perk. We coordinated for a bfast and dinner by Ruth and perfecto. They treat the property and guests with real caring. The location is convenient for all types of activities. We couldn't have asked for more and highly recommend.

The place is very quiet, safe and very close to all the entertainment places you can look for in Playa del Carmen. The hospitality that Claudia provides is unparalleled, always very attentive. We are grateful for all the attention she gave us and the very good recommendations she made. In short, we will return, because it made us feel not only that we were at home but that it made us feel as if we were someone in his family.

Gustavo's place was just what we needed. Don't expect 5-star service, rather authentic Mexican living in an amazing place with 5 different outdoor locations to chill. There are leaves (it's a jungle paradise), and be careful for occasional branch that may fall. It's beautiful, serene, peaceful. There were also some bugs in the back (but it's a jungle paradise and we were there in May); one of the many terraces has a bug curtain that helps manage that. It's shady in the back, full sun on the shared rooftop (we didn't see anyone else up there). It's not a tourist neighborhood FYI! I've been to Playa del Carmen 4 different times, and this place was the best! Also the best local food close-by. So relaxing, and so many birds that sing all day! We spent most of the time in the casa. Pool has to be skimmed (the yard's greenery is spectacular -> leaves), but Gustavo is very responsive and helped run the filter mid-week as well. Gustavo speaks Spanish, use Google Translate if you need it.

This house is perfect. It’s huge. Close to the beach and amazing. Don’t hesitate to book it.

We had a wonderful stay at Villa Mariposa. The house was clean and well maintained, and the location was perfect, close to the beach and downtown Playa. What really stood out was the excellent service. Jasmin and Edson were responsive and accommodating prior to our arrival, and the concierge (Mauricio) was especially helpful during our stay—always available to assist with anything we needed. We would absolutely stay here again, and highly recommend this place to anyone visiting Playa. Thanks again to Mauricio and the staff for making our trip truly enjoyable.

Great house with amazing views and beach access. Cecilia was so helpful answering questions and making recommendations. Rosie kept the house spotless. We had chefs come in (Daniella and Flor) who made us so many great meals. We walked to town a few times with our kids, which was fun. The only bummer was the amount of sea grass on the beach, but that’s a seasonal thing. Luckily there are plenty of places to go to adventure off to. Overall it was a great place to stay and enjoy.

Rudy and Rolando were responsive and kind throughout our stay. They did their best to support us and address issues as they came up. We appreciated their hospitality and communication. Thank you both!

Beautiful apartment with a large swimming pool and good location

Highly recommend it! If you are planning to visit Cozumel, don't miss this. This local spot offers quick access to the nearby ferry terminal in under three minutes, making your travel experience easy and enjoyable. The service was excellent, and the view from the location was stunning. However, the temperature in the garage can get uncomfortably hot, especially with so many mini splits running, impacting both elevators and staircases within the area. (Don’t worry, the apartment is not effected at all). Overall, this place is a fantastic choice

I had a great stay in Playa del Carmen! The condo was clean, modern, and very comfortable. I especially appreciated the easy access to the pool and the super comfy bed — perfect for relaxing after a day out. The location was convenient and made exploring the area a breeze. Highly recommend!

Great apartment, lovely building. One elevator was broken which was a bummer and the place was a bit dusty. Overall quite clean, super responsive host, amazing location and beautiful views from the roof. Would stay again.

Very nice stay, in fact nicer than in the photos, Mary was always attentive to us, giving us quite useful instructions, there is an Oxxo and supermarket nearby, although you need transportation to get to Quinta Av. easily.

The apartment was great. Had everything you need for the stay. Wifi was great also. Had no problems. Kitchen well equipped with everything you need. Great location, so close to the beach and private beach entrance. They even had all the things you need for the beach like chairs and umbrellas. Would go back 100%

Great accommodation with a private hot tub, the penthouse is like the photos. The street was under construction and we didn't have access to parking. The host refunded us the amount we paid to park. This was greatly appreciated even though it was out of his control. The host was very responsive and responded quickly. I highly recommend it!!!

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

We had the opportunity to stay here for a little over a week and it was just amazing. It was more than enough space for our group of 6 plus and we enjoyed the rooftop terrace! Garson was an amazing host and was quick to respond with any questions we had. He gave us detailed instructions and amazing recommendations! The staff on property were incredibly friendly and so helpful when we needed it. 10 out of 10 would recommend and we will definitely be return guest.

Absolutely loved my stay! The place was clean, stylish, and just perfect for a relaxing getaway. The private pool was peaceful, refreshing, and perfect for lounging any time of day. One of the best parts was the beautiful view overlooking Playa del Carmen, truly breathtaking, especially at sunset. Great location to get to 5th street and the restaurants. Would definitely come back and highly recommend.

We loved it, it was as described, they left us a little gift to welcome us, which my daughter loved. The bed is super spacious. 2 bathrooms, uff, super good when you go with children. We don't need anything else. We were able to cook to the kids' tastes. We loved it! The pool is still very nice, we hardly saw any people. I recommend it and would definitely go back to the same place!
