Condo vacation rentals in Playacar Beach

The place is just as described, very nice and clean. Dan & Mariana were very responsive, making sure we had what we needed and were super flexible with checking in and out. 5/5 stars, I would absolutely book again!

Maria is a wonderful host and her condo is very comfortable and clean. The bakery across the street was delicious and we also enjoyed the Italian restaurant. Otherwise we walked about 15 min to the tourist area which had so many choices for food! We also walked to Sams Club (taxi back) for food cooked at the Air bnb. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking. The pool was very nice and lying in a hammock in the pool heavenly! Highly recommend!

Both the accommodation and the guest lived up to our expectations. The only point to note is that there is a complex under construction right in front of the accommodation and there is noise all morning and afternoon. Also, access to public beaches is a bit far away. The rest is impeccable. I definitely recommend it 100% The guest was always kind and quickly answered all our concerns.

Great place to stay, comfortable and safe. The hosts are super friendly and very responsive. There are good restaurants just outside of the condos, the Italian and French restaurants are delicious. If we visit again we would definitely stay here.

Very good location! The place is very nice and comfortable, good customer service from the reception, perfect if you are looking for something close to Fifth Avenue and the ferry to Cozumel but in a quiet area, close to restaurants. The roof has a nice view.

I would highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a comfortable accommodation in the perfect location. The building amenities were great- and all staff was very friendly and responsive. There is noise from the neighboring beach club- but it was not late at night and did not bother us at all. It was a fantastic stay!!! I would return

This place was perfect, close to xcaret and lots of food places nearby, everything looked like the pictures and was perfect for our kids definitely would recommend this place and come back.

The stay with Elise was amazing, my family was very comfortable in every corner and we were 6 adults and 2 children, really delighted with how comfortable and clean it was, they take great care of the details of the interior. The pool is right out front, the neighbors are very nice and the condominium atmosphere is quite peaceful. Elise was always attentive and answered questions pretty quickly. The location of the property is very good if you have a vehicle, one street from the main road and very close to a supermarket and quite easy to get to the beach center. I would have to stay here again

Great place, safe and very quiet, excellent to rest after a day of beaches and adventures, we didn't need anything, its beds are excellent, you really rest, I would come back again, there were 6 of us in the family and we were all comfortable, to highlight it has beach umbrellas that made us spend better afternoons in the sand.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated all of the help from both Gilles and Isaac. It was an excellent location and accommodations.

if all the hosts were like Adriana and Ubaldo as well as their son Emillio, all the worlds would have a great experience, we enjoyed them, they were always there for us .

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

This accommodation is great if you are visiting Playa del Carmen, it combines: building security, location close to the center and the ADO bus station, and quiet. The apartment is spacious and pleasant with the rooftop pool, a big highlight. I highly recommend it!

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

The apartment smelled very nice during our stay, the place is very conveniently located and it is very easy to get to, a very comfortable place to stay for a few days. Highly recommended

Great location, close to everything. Apartment was exceptionally clean, quiet and well designed. Staff was extremely helpful with holding luggage on the check in and checkout, always providing clean beach towels and great local recommendations. We've not had time to try restaurant on premises, but it looked very appealing. Please be aware that there is no swimming beach right next to this property, but plenty within 5 min walk.

The apartment it’s beautiful. Perfect location steps away from 5th Ave, restaurants, and nightlife. Stefano was a great host, he was always available to answer all my questions. Would definitely be back!!

Great place! Wasn't sure what i was getting into when we first pulled up as we'd never been to PDC before. Turns out we were 5 easy blocks from the beach and 5th Avenue which is where all the action is for tourist food and festivities. The place is also surrounded by 'local' food and fare as well - El Fogon is 2 blocks away, Walmart is 2 blocks away, many local tiendas from right downstairs to blocks away. Very clean - A/C's were working - had an issue with a drawer (at 7am) and Allen had it fixed within an hour. The balcony got great AM sun - i spent most of my time while there on the balcony just because we came from the North and i desired heat. But ... this place is not for those seeking solitude and silence, though. It's very loud with street noise. The tour busses start coming by at 7am and don't stop until about 9pm. All day. Everyday. But if you stayed closer to 5th Avenue you'd have to deal with the club music so it's a toss up. We had a blast and loved all of it!

The Location Is PERFECT! I Book Places That Have Gyms Inside Of Them, And I Didn't Even Need It. It Is Directly Across The Street From A Full Track And Calisthenics Park. The Area Is EXTREMELY Safe. You're Directly Down The Street From 5th Ave, But You Will Hear No Festivities Or Construction Going On. Food Is On Every Corner. A/C Worked. Hot Water Worked. And You Have Your Own Private Balcony. I Now A Have Automatic Go To Whenever I Visit Playa Del Carmen.

we stayed in this condo for 25 weeks! Great for long stay great water pressure and hot water. Wifi was extremely dependable and fast for videos and working. Safe, quiet, excellent staff on premises. Well stocked, good air conditioning. Roof top pool was a great addition with nice breezes to cool off. We watched many sunsets and sunrises! We would not hesitate to book again. Thank you for making this our home away from home!
