Vacation rentals with a patio in Playacar Beach

Rudy and Rolando were responsive and kind throughout our stay. They did their best to support us and address issues as they came up. We appreciated their hospitality and communication. Thank you both!

We loved staying at Dmitri's place! its situated in a complex of condos within a private estate, the whole area is incredibly safe and we felt more than safe walking round at night. the airbnb was nicer than a hotel, large, spacious, clean, towels on hand and the patio leads right out to the pool. the pool was huge and had a swim up bar which we LOVED. Felt so much nicer than an all inclusive resort. the pool has plenty of deck chairs and is generally very quiet. it's a 30 minute walk to the town which we loved exploring in the evening would 10/10 recommend to a friend and stay here again if we came back :)

Perfect location - directly on the beach. Beautiful condo that is well appointed and spotless with a great Italian restaurant next door. Very easy access to the beach. Marisa is incredibly friendly and helpful with my requests. Front desk/receptionists are also lovely. I would definitely stay here again!

Our stay in playacar was incredible. The condo was beautiful, clean and a great place to relax during our stay. There was so much to do in the surrounding areas of playa del Carmen and many choices to eat and shop. We loved how safe we felt in the playacar community and how we could chose from a relaxing day by the pool or having a fun adventure in a Cenote! We would definitely return and recommend! Our host Asaf was incredibly responsive and helpful with recommendations for places to go and also tips to make our trip easy and relaxing. We took many of his suggestions about where to eat and the places to visit as well as things like where to shop and how to use the atms etcetera. I wish all hosts were this helpful! It made our trip that much more enjoyable. Thank you so much!

We had some issues during our stay but Ivan immediately resolved them. Ivan responds quickly and is there to help. The location is great, you can easily walk to many places. Downside is the restaurant in building. At night once you close the bedroom door you don’t hear it as much but do bring a noise machine or earplugs if you are sensitive. Loved that there was a desk and office chair to work at.

Ryan’s place was wonderful! The apartment looked just like the photos and was so beautiful and spacious! Having two balconies was wonderful, especially with a hot tub on the bedroom balcony! The rooftop was rarely busy and if on the off chance it was, there are 6 pools total to choose from along with a rooftop bar and sports bar to entertain yourselves! There was also a game room on the roof you could sign up to use at front desk which we used for playing pool and the room has couches, tv and kitchen for your own private use!! Overall the communication with Ryan, the location of the apartment and the actual apartment were absolutely perfect! We will definitely be back again! Thanks Ryan!

Gem! From the moment we arrived, we knew we had found something special. This Airbnb exceeded all expectations! The home was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had every amenity we could possibly need for a relaxing getaway. But the true highlight? The swimming pool. The pool area felt like a private oasis — crystal clear water, comfortable lounge chairs, and just the right mix of sun and shade. We spent our mornings enjoying coffee by the water and our evenings watching the sunset poolside with a glass of wine. It was peaceful, serene, and incredibly rejuvenating. Our host was just as wonderful as the home — responsive, thoughtful, and full of helpful local recommendations that made our trip even better. If you’re looking for a place to unwind, recharge, and truly escape, this is it. We’re already planning our next trip back. Don’t hesitate — book it!

The place is very quiet, safe and very close to all the entertainment places you can look for in Playa del Carmen. The hospitality that Claudia provides is unparalleled, always very attentive. We are grateful for all the attention she gave us and the very good recommendations she made. In short, we will return, because it made us feel not only that we were at home but that it made us feel as if we were someone in his family.

Location, location, location. its a block away from the 5ta ave. convinience stores, restaurants, and transportation within walking distance. The house had enough space for our family of 8, clean, bedding A+ the area is safe, we took a walk till midnight with our minors without worrying about crime. Would stay here again.

This beautiful villa is centrally located by a shopping center, not too far away from 5to Avenida and within short walking distance to the beach. The host was very responsive and the community has security 24/7. I 100% recommend it and we will be back.

John’s place felt just like home! The house has a great location, amenities (pool, club house) are amazing and great to have a fun and relaxing time with the family. There are a lot of restaurants and places to get some food nearby, this is great when you don’t feel like going out. The house was very clean, beds were comfortable. In general, John’s house is amazing if you wanna have a great, fun and relaxing family vacation.

It was a very pleasant and satisfying experience, the level of attention and service was very pleasant, just as a suggestion to change the pans and pillows that are more rigid and evaluate the possibility of allowing check-out at 12 noon to be able to take more advantage of the afternoon. The stay with Elise was amazing, my family was very comfortable in every corner and we were 6 adults and 2 children, really delighted with how comfortable and clean it was, they take great care of the details of the interior. The pool is right out front, the neighbors are very nice and the condominium atmosphere is quite peaceful. Elise was always attentive and answered questions pretty quickly. The location of the property is very good if you have a vehicle, one street from the main road and very close to a supermarket and quite easy to get to the beach center. I would have to stay here again

Beautiful, clean, and comfortable condo interior, furnishings, lobby, etc. Safe and secure gated parking with friendly guards. Ocean views from the private balcony. Kitchen had all nice appliances, cookware, dishes, etc, plus various coffee makers, incl a French Press. Bathroom and shower were modern and clean. Bed was big and comfortable, with a bunch of pillows and extra blankets if needed. Both TV's worked great, incl. streaming apps. The host, Jeffrey, and his local property manager, Cristian were both super friendly, helpful, and were active with communication. All questions were answered promptly and made our stay anxiety-free! One block walk to the beach. Within a few blocks of EVERYthing needed, ped mall with gift shops, upscale and mid-level restaurants of all types, pharmacies, currency exchange, and many convenience stores/bodegas. Big grocery store and Walmart were within 2miles. We would absolutely book Jeffrey's condo next time we come to Playa del Carmen!!

Great location in a quiet building. Great WiFi that made video meetings a breeze. Lots of comfortable places to relax inside and out. Thoughtful amenities included in the bathroom like aloe vera, sunscreen, and bug spray.

Great and beautiful space. We were gone around and about most of the time but the bed and pillows are so comfortable! That was a big plus for us to sleep. Hot water and good pressure! The air needs to be adjusted, it doesn’t push enough fresh air. Coffee pods and the very organized loft with everything you need is really awesome. 😎

Five star stay! From the welcome guide provided at booking to the communication throughout our trip this was the best Airbnb experience we’ve had to date. The Airbnb was exactly as described and the perfect location to enjoy Playa to the fullest. Can’t say enough good things. 10/10 wouldn’t stay anywhere else when visiting again!

This home away from home was perfection in every way - responsive host, excellent location, beautiful interior, comfortable bed and clean. The balcony overlooks the bustling street full of fabulous restaurants and shops, yet it’s still quiet when you are inside. Great for morning coffee people and watching! The beach is an enjoyable 5 minute walk down the street, where you will pass all the shops and restaurants. The rooftop pools are relaxing, with many cabanas to choose from, and stunning views of the Caribbean ocean. We will 100% stay here again when visiting Playa Del Carmen, and we will be sharing this gem with all our friends and family.
