We were in town visiting family in Cookeville and Jon's location was perfect for the two of us. Truly like staying in an upscale resort suite with all of the amenities, and thoughtful extra touches like the coffee, sodas and snacks - without the mini-frig upcharge! The pictures do not do it justice. We did not have an opportunity to check out the local coffee shop and diner, but look forward to exploring next time. We will definitely stay here again. We enjoyed our stay. From the “lakeside view” description we thought we would be able to see the water, but instead it was a pretty view of green trees behind their house. Other than that everything was great. The hot tub was a nice perk.

This was the most well thought out and equipped Airbnb that we have ever stayed at! Don thought of everything you could possibly need or want! Water bottles on every table, snacks and an amazing coffee bar, an LED full length mirror in both bedrooms! A well stocked bathroom with everything you could need, just in case you forgot something. Corn hole, board games, glow in the dark gold putting green, jacuzzi and don't get me started on that breathtaking view! Truly, the most well planned Airbnb! This was the perfect location to bring our daughter up for WCU orientation. I'm so glad I already booked for her move in weekend in August! We will always stay here, if it's available, when we come and visit her at school. Such a perfect stay!

We stayed here for one night and had such a relaxing, peaceful time. We loved the backyard space and how private the location is. House was as described and easy to find. Great location to the hiking/parks. Already planning on coming back next year!

Stunning home with incredible views. It could only be made more perfect with a few minor details: comfortable outdoor furniture (like a conversation set) for the 1000 sq ft deck and some upgraded bedding (maybe some duvets and cotton duvet covers). Nightstands are very tiny and the main couch isn't the most comfortable. Minor details, but these are things we had at our other airbnbs on this trip, and for the price, expected to see them here. Everything else was great: kitchen was fully stocked, house was very clean and great location.

Such a gem and so close to downtown Pawhaska. We really enjoyed our stay. The house itself was so charming with an amazing kitchen and beautiful design. The beds were very comfortable and it was so calm and peaceful. We even got to meet the host's family and enjoyed having a chat. We will definitely stay again. Was really good and beds comfy just be aware master is very open concept…also physical key instead of lock code is something I would suggest as loose key is not fun to keep up with and door auto locks behind you.

Cute, cozy, and comfortable. Kari respondrd quickly to my questions. She was a great host. we loved watching the deer. It was fun sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair. We hope to stay again.

Scissortail is absolutely charming!! They have everything you need to cook, even spices, which is so nice. Do yourself a favor and order the sausage and bratwurst they are so tasty. The house was spotless. The beds are comfy and the sheets are luxurious. Watching the horses from the back porch was so peaceful. Highly recommend! My girls group will be back next year!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Fabulous place!!! We needed a place to stay for one night and I was tired of the same hotels. This was a fantastic place. So glad they allowed a one night stay!!! The pool, the view, the location was superb! On our list for camp pick up and drop off next summer!!!!

We stayed in apartment one for two nights. It was exactly as described. Very easy to get to. Very clean and well-maintained. Nice for remote work.

Our stay was wonderful. Had to have a big surgery in Nashville and Jessica’s pit was the perfect place to recover and recharge before heading home. It was beautiful, peaceful, and such a great location. This was one of my first times using an AirBnB and i couldn’t have asked for a better location or host. She is very kind, responsive, and even did a load of our laundry when we ran out of clean clothes. Absolutely wonderful. We will definitely be back.

This is the place to stay when visiting Paducah, KY! Condo is located in the middle of their downtown district. Walkable to numerous restaurants and the riverfront. Condo itself was spotless and you can tell the host took the time to think of all possible luxurious amenities for the place. Felt safe and easy to check in.
