The cottage’s 1st floor features an open liv/din/kit area, full bath with large shower and a covered patio. The 2nd floor features a large loft bedroom with a queen bed.

Great spot for fish! Gorgeous lake/river views. This condo is located on the outside of hot springs. If traveling at night there are a lot of turns and dark roads. About 20 min to the main part of Hot Springs.
