The residence features a vast open-plan layout main space, an eclectic array of boutique furnishings, room length windows, a cozy fireplace, and expansive vistas. This contemporary condo is located in a beautifully renovated historic building. There is great attention to detail in both the furnishings and the decor. The condo is near everything yet is located in a beautiful park like setting. The floor plan is open and the kitchen is modern - with newer built in stainless appliances and granite counter tops. The 2 full baths are luxurious - utilizing granite tops, ceramic tile and high end fixtures. The kitchen/dining/living areas have beautiful hardwood floors while the 2 bedrooms have wall to wall carpeting. There is a rooftop deck that is wonderful - access is via the elevator to the 5th floor - turn right off the elevator and take the stairs through the first door on the right (one flight). Access to the secured building is by keypad. A well appointed lobby welcomes you where an elevator awaits to take you to your 5th floor condo. I am available anytime from 7:00AM - 10:00PM for anything at all. I am available anytime after those hours above for emergencies. This area of Walnut Hills is adjacent to beautiful Eden Park and offers great proximity to downtown, numerous restaurants, and nightlife. There are also many scenic areas overlooking the Ohio River and downtown Cincinnati. The METRO bus stop is located one block from the condo. The RED BIKE bike renting kiosk is less than a 5 minute walk from the condo. Uber rides are about $3.00 to OTR and about $4.00 to Downtown and the sports stadiums. Please note that there is a binder that we have assembled that we have left on top of the desk in the condo. This binder showcases all of our recommended restaurants and sites - organized by neighborhood. Also - there is easy access to Eden Park if you walk to the public stairway just in front of the Beethoven Condos (the blue historic building on the corner of Sinton and Morris located across the street) There is a "Red Bike" kiosk for affordable bike rentals located at the bottom of the public stairs mentioned above.

Sip your morning coffee on the sunny front deck or lounge on the spacious sectional sofa of this Cozy Industrial Cottage. The “Industrial” is a reference to the neighbourhood’s past & a funky metal feature wall in the living room is a nod to that history. The remaining decor is a charming mix of old & new with bedroom decor that soothes the senses. The Tree Room features restful green tones & wood elements while The Sea Room's relaxing aqua tones & seaside theme are sure to please. This duplex cottage is ideally suited for 4 guests but an additional 2 adults or children can be accommodated on an inflatable mattress provided and/or couch. If you have a larger party, rent both Unit B and C. The units share a large deck for outdoor relaxation and gatherings. There will be a lock box on site and an email prior to check in will be sent with lock box code We live just a few blocks away and can be available if problems or issues arise. This hip neighborhood is 6.4 miles from Bridgestone & the action-packed excitement of the downtown nightlife. An assortment of wonderful local dining options & coffee shops are available right in the immediate neighborhood. Approx. Uber rates are: airport $26, Bridgestone Arena - $15, Tootsie's & Broadway bars -$15. Note - Uber rates vary w demand, Ride Type & these are estimates only. (Drive time to downtown is between 10 - 15 min. based on traffic) Getting around is super easy with Uber and Lyft. A trip downtown will run between $7 to $10 and can be even cheaper if you select the "shared option" on Lyft. Also, Lime and Byrd Scooters are placed through-out the neighborhood for quick jaunts or just for fun. If you prefer to walk, The Nations has a good deal of sidewalks but they are not everywhere. You will likely want to take a really short Lyft or Uber to the brew pubs and coffee shops, though there is a corner store less than a block away that you can walk to to pick up sodas, beer, snacks etc. Bike rentals are also available nearby at Charlotte Avenue and 46th.

The patio out back was great for family game nights! We walked to 80/20, which was a great restaurant close by. The house is in a great location, as we were also 6 minutes from the zoo, which my son loved! We would definitely stay at this place again!

Super cute house in a great location. There’s a lovely new park nearby and a bunch of great restaurants. Also pretty well located near Nissan stadium for any Titans fans. Brady was incredibly responsive and even arranged for us to check in a little early at no extra charge. The house is on a big lot with a huge backyard which was great for late a late afternoon/evening happy hour. Tons of street parking available as well. Would definitely stay here again!

Our stay was great! The neighborhood is calm, walkable, easy parking, some great coffee shops and restaurants/happy hour places. Locals are very friendly. Short distance to downtown Nashville. Roxanne was an amazing host, and right away gave us great recommendations on what’s best in Germantown. She was always responsive to any question we had about our stay and was very kind. Definitely recommend her place if you’d like to be in calm and relax after a nice day in town and enjoy your stay in Nashville!

We really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. The location was great, 15-20min to Broadway. House is in a sweet, private and nice location, grocery store a short walk. This was the perfect place to stay while my hubby and I were in town for a wedding. We stayed here with a friend, and we each had our separate suites with locking doors (on the already private second floor with private entry). The place is a 5-10 minute walk to River Arts District, which is reopening! We also walked to downtown Asheville in less than 30 minutes. It is a beautiful spot and we hope to return soon. The hosts were very responsive when we had a question about the place. Thank you!

From the time we booked through our stay, Keri was extremely helpful and kind. The printed guide was filled with great recommendations and instructions were laid out clearly. Keri has thought of everything-from the coffee bar to the “oops I forgot” baskets. The property is in an ideal location-within a mile of most everything Nashville. We were in town for a concert at Nissan Stadium and walking back was an easy 30ish minute walk (much better option than waiting on a rideshare in the crowds). The beds and linens were clean and comfy and the layout of the property is nice for couples or families. It was great having a full kitchen and laundry appliances. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and hope to return soon!

Nice accommodations. Apartment was exactly as described. Do have to jump through a few hoops to check in but directions were really good. Internet was slow if you plan to get some work done. Value is good. Feel like the check-in and check-out windows are a little tight. A 5:00pm check-in feels really late. Earlier check-in is available but not worth additional fees. Otherwise location and apartment were suitable for a long weekend.
