Maverick’s Riverside Cabin at Serenity Campground

Riverside cabin is nestled in the trees of the Ozark Mountains at Serenity Campground Riverside. This spacious cabin is just a few feet from the banks of the White River. Come and enjoy the ATV and Hiking trials or enjoy taking a swim or float down the river when possible. Serenity Campground is a small family-owned Campground that is dedicated to customer service. We also rent Kayaks with shuttle service as well as ATV's. We have 2 other cabins for rent next to the river for larger gatherings.

We are five minutes from downtown Excelsior Springs, Excelsior Springs golf course and 3EX municipal airport. Relax, rejuvenate and play.

By day you watch the constant stream of floater and kayakers, by early evening it’s the wildlife’s turn with eagles, owls and crane take over the banks.

Great lake retreat with a large covered and uncovered deck space for relaxation and star gazing. Lake house sits on a flat 2.5 acre lot with private access to expansive rock point for swimming, fishing and sitting and relaxing with the lake all around you. Master suite: king bed and 20 ft ceilings; Guest room: one bunkbed and one queen bed and TV with DVD player. Cozy living room and kitchen, wood burning fireplace, SmartTV. This private vacation home on Lake Barkley have beautiful views of the lake and has lots of wildlife viewing opportunities. This property also includes use of a 2 slip private dock at the end of the Rockcastle bay. This beautiful home is located on 10 acres and is on a private drive. The dock is only 150 yards from the back door! ATTENTION!! The dock is only accessible from the water during the summer pool levels. Summer pool is usually April until Early August but dates vary.

Charming 2 bedroom 1 bath guest house sleeps four looking over the Cowpasture River on a 350 acre working farm. Guest may use of our concrete tennis court and explore miles of hiking trails that lead to the national forest. Farm is surrounded by over 2.5 miles of the Cowpasture River. There is a gravel beach right beside the bridge entering the farm where one can enjoy wading and swimming. River here is 3-4 feet deep depending on the season and stream flow.
