We enjoyed our stay at your beautiful little cottage. It was close enough to the things we wanted to do nearby, but away from the craziness of the city. Peaceful and tranquil. Super clean. Quite a gem!

It’s hard to describe how beautiful this property is. The photos on AirBnB don’t do it justice. We spent the loveliest weekend here, surrounded by the lake and flowers and countless birds. In particular, we loved the hiking trail and the ability to take their electric boat out onto the water. The house was also spotless and well-appointed. I would book again in a heartbeat. One of the most memorable places my family has ever stayed.

Dave and Teri have a beautiful property! The cottage was clean and just as described. The eggs left in the fridge were great and the stocked coffee bar was a great bonus. There were plenty of resources for the surrounding areas and Teri gave some recommendations on where to go. The cats were super friendly and the chickens were a favorite of our daughter. I definitely recommend them as hosts! Great property and great people!

Amazing place to stay when visiting Mount Rogers or the Virginia Creeper trail. The stay is right in town and we were able to walk to the bike rental place in the morning. Quite comfortable and relaxing. The ac worked and we had a great time. Would stay again.

What a beautiful cottage! My family members enjoyed the beautiful location.

Nice place to spend a night or two. It is small but well designed and usable. the shower is very nice and the bed is comfortable. The back patio is perfect for having morning coffee or evening drinks and listening to a symphony of birds! The property is very close to another house but the back patio is private. Lou Ann gave very detailed instructions on how to find the place but I still got lost. Pay very close attention once you get close or you will miss the driveway.

This place is wonderful! It’s so clean and well cared for. The decor is beautiful! It is such a classy place to stay, with a comfy bed!

We stayed here to celebrate our first wedding anniversary and it was INCREDIBLE!! We liked it better than the all inclusive resort in Mexico where we went for our honeymoon! :) It just feels so luxurious, while also having a ton of character. Gavin was an amazing host. From all the communication and little touches that shows how much he cares about his guests, we were blown away. We've never spent this much money on accommodations before, so we were a little nervous. But it turned out to be well worth the expense. The location is also perfect, we were able to walk the whole little town just steps from our front door. I had so many moments in awe at how relaxed I felt there. We can't wait to go back!!

My mom and I had a wonderful girls weekend and the Airbnb was beautiful! We loved how peaceful and secluded it was, plus it was absolutely spotless and had everything we could possibly need and then some! The host was so kind and helpful and there to greet us when we arrived. Check in/out was super easy. The beds were incredibly comfortable and the views from the windows in the loft were gorgeous. We had a great stay at Kenneth's lovely little house, it is exactly how it looks in the photos. As previous guests had stated the bed was so comfy, best sleep we've had for a long time! We took a steady walk into town a few times and it took probably about 15/20 minutes. We felt safe, even when we returned late at night! Kenneth & Helen were very friendly and checked in with us to make sure everything was OK. We would definately stop there again if we returned to Tupelo, if they'd have us of course!! 😁

We loved our stay! We love the cabin and location! Even though it started raining about an hour after we arrived for a quick one-night-getaway, we sat on the porch watching the lake and enjoyed the storm. Regarding the interstate traffic: it didn’t bother us at all! It was subdued by the weather then when the storm passed, it was like having white noise in the background. They have a basket of amenities in the bathroom in case you forget something! And we didn’t even have to take the sheets off the bed whenever we were loading up! That was nice so we could just focus on not forgetting anything while we packed everything!

It felt like a fairy book! Such a fun stay!

This is a lovely, safe haven with beauty all around: nature and the extra unique small buildings and pond. Private guest house with nice deck where we spent time each evening enjoying the birds singing and rabbits hopping nearby as we ate dinner at the table/chairs provided. Inside has EVERYTHING you could possibly need for a retreat away from home. Deb is so warm and inviting. Excellent!!

We were looking for a very private, peaceful, quiet, relaxing stay, and that's exactly what we got. The king-size need was incredibly comfortable and that was one reason we stayed because of my neck and back injuries. Cynthia and Bob were pleasant and helpful. We so enjoyed sitting by the water too. It was also awesome getting to do our laundry before headed back home. We utilized the grill, the dock, etc. We also appreciated the "out of the way," yet "not to far" location from Hot Springs. We enjoyed driving into Hot Springs and spending the day, as well as touring Garvan Woodlands Gardens & Anthony Chapel. If you truly want to just "chill," read a book, watch a few good movies, do a little sightseeing, etc., and enjoy privacy, this is definitely the place. We would come back in a heartbeat!

This is my second stay at the Shiloh cottage and just like the first stay …. it was perfect! House sparkly clean, easy to find. Hannah is extremely proactive, checked in on me to see if I needed anything since I was there for almost two weeks.. The special touches of scones ( which are amazing) and farm fresh eggs were so thoughtful! I may have greatly spoiled Milo (the cat) and got to witness them welcome a new baby calf to the family! I spent many evenings sitting on the front porch in the rocking chair just relaxing and enjoying the peacefulness . Highly recommend staying here if you are in the area. I will be back in the fall for my 3rd visit! Thank you Hannah and Flavio!

This stay was a standout among the Airbnbs we’ve experienced. The home was clean, quiet, and very comfortable — a perfect retreat after our days exploring the Smoky Mountains. It had everything we needed, and the peaceful setting made it even more enjoyable. The host was responsive and thoughtful throughout. We’d definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area.

Beautiful forest oasis….quiet backyard area covered in ferns. Short stroll to the sauna and plenty of comfortable spaces in the house to lounge and unwind. Very close to the main drag and perfect for our short trip see family in WAVL. We will definitely come back for a longer stay!

Loved the Primrose Garden. It is so cozy and peaceful. Enjoyed the beautiful walks in the neighborhood , close the downtown, close to local walking trails and a quick drive to Mt Nebo State Park. The host are so friendly , helpful and extremely quick to reply to ALL my questions. We will be back for sure !
