Stayed here for a week while in town for work. AMAZING. Walkable, parking if needed, washer/dryer in-unit. Full kitchen. Would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting in Fayetteville.

I can not say enough about this beautiful little gem in the woods! It was so well decorated and all the little thoughtful additions, like a bag of local coffee and heated bed covers were just perfect and exactly what I needed for this get away to reconnect with myself and nature. I barely left the condo, because the view was so spectacular and how cozy the home felt! I was visited by a bunch of different birds on the cute patio where I painted a few of them as I sipped coffee and just listened to the breeze ruffle the leaves or rain shower that softly fell! Definitely hope to return very soon!

This place was very charming, welcoming and had lots of natural sunlight. It had plenty of space for what we needed it for. It was perfect for a little getaway! The hostess was friendly and communicated in a timely manner. Had no issues at all and would definitely recommend it to others. I hope to stay there again!

Jennifer’s home was perfect. She gave out clear instructions on entering & exiting the home. The place was extremely clean and she even provided snacks and drinks which I believe is very thoughtful of her. Bathroom was filled with all the necessities such as make up remover, q-tips, body lotion. The place is located a couple blocks from the aquarium and other restaurants. Also, she does provide a free parking space which is a major bonus since it’s very rare to find. Would definitely come back again and book with her!

Place was clean, just as described, everything (AC, water heater, etc.) worked great. Getting access to the room was very easy and we had no issues with the parking pass. Would stay here again.

I had an incredible stay at Will’s place. The home was exactly as described.. spotlessly clean, beautifully decorated, and stocked with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect with an amazing view of Lake Hamilton. Would highly recommend a stay here at Will’s place while visiting Hot Springs.

Had an amazing stay just as listed in the pictures, easy check in, close to the city and just was excellent with communication.

Close to APSU and downtown area. We were able to take our dog and there was a nice area to take her outside. Would stay again!

We spent Memorial Day weekend at Julia and Simon’s place. It was very easy to find, and the place was just as described. The view from the deck is picturesque, and we were lucky to watch a beautiful sunset on our first night. The place is a comfortable place to relax after taking in the sites and activities in the surrounding areas. We would definitely stay here again!

Definitely a one of a kind great vibe inside and out! Plus, La Bodega, a tapa spot that has been around for years, sits right across the street and couldn't be a better match for this Airbnb! In addition, it's clear that Jake pays just as much attention to his hosting skills as he does to the details in this unique place. Well worth the stay!

The residence was perfect and exactly how it was described in the description. It was a great location and very clean and roomy. I would definitely stay here again when I am in Fayetteville.Mayra and her crew were super to work with and very friendly. It was so easy to check in and get settled. Parking was awesome as it was right at the door. Great experience with my stay!

Great place to stay, private, yet close to Everything Beech Mountain. Host was very responsive and description was very accurate. wouldn't hesitate to stay again!

Chad and Allison were fantastic hosts. The place is absolutely beautiful and lots of things for kids to do. If you are looking for a peaceful getaway with lots of things to do, this is your spot. Will definitely book again.

I feel like we found a hidden gem in the heart of Lexington. The place was everything we needed and is located in a convenient location. Especially if you are a foody.

Our stay at this condo was perfect! It was clean, comfortable, and had a beautiful view of the lake. The space was well-stocked with everything our family needed—and more. The host was friendly and quick to respond to any questions we had. We would absolutely stay here again!

This was a last minute (literally) trip to Cherokee Lake and Bob and John were very responsive and the check-in instructions were very easy to access the gate and the front door. The space was exactly as described on the listing. It was only 2 of us so we can't speak to the comfort of all the rooms but there definitely wasn't a shortage of space. It's a very large condo and a large family would still feel comfortable here. We visited in Feb so we didnt use the pool or the lake but if we venture back we'll definitely check to see if Bob's place is available.

I had a wonderful stay and a wait to come back ! The place was very cute and quaint, with all the amenities I needed for a comfortable stay. Everything was exceptionally clean, and the scenery was absolutely breathtaking — the views alone made it worth the trip. The location was perfect, close to everything I wanted to explore. Being able to soak in the hot tub and use the sauna after all day hiking was fabulous. My host was incredibly helpful and responsive, which made the experience even better. I would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area

This place is an excellent place to stay! It has an absolutely gorgeous view and all the amenities you could want. Very clean. We stayed here comfortably with our family of 4. Maria is an excellent host who was very responsive. She was friendly and generous to us. Highly recommend!

This was my second stay at this lovely condo, and there will be more. My two adult daughters and I enjoyed time away from the condo but also spent some time sitting out on the balcony, swimming, working puzzles and making bracelets. I was happy to introduce them to The Compass Rose--we all love the cozy, chill vibe.
