We offer accommodation in connection with our cottage on the beautiful Kemijärvi beach. The price of the accommodation includes the use of a sleeping cabin, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. Beds for two in a log cabin. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The hosts take care of the drinking water in the kitchen. Fireplace. Washing in the sauna, the use shifts are agreed with the hosts. The hosts use the other buildings of the place.

Experience the peace of Lapland's nature and the midnight sun in a unique glass-walled experience hut on the shore of a wilderness lake. Accommodation for 3, up to 5 beds for those sleeping in their own sleeping bags. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee presses, cutlery, etc.). There are showers in the adjacent beach sauna. Composting wood toilet. The sauna is wood-heated. If necessary, we will guide you in heating the sauna. In use in summer and early autumn.

Pölkkylä - Cabin by the lake

Nestled on the edge of a beautiful and clean lake, this log cabin is suitable for you who love nature and want to spend your holidays relaxing without the immediate neighbours. There is a boat on the shore of the cottage. The cottage and sauna are heated with wood. The fridge and stove run on gas. The water is carried from the lake and the water is heated in the water tank of the sauna stove. Electricity is provided by solar panels. In the yard, an outdoor shower. During the winter season, solar panels are not in use.

Relax with the whole family in this peaceful apartment. Big windows make an idyllic apartment bright. Located well connected, less than 20 minutes to Pyhätunturi and Kemijärvi. The property heats up 100% fossil with free geothermal heat. The entrance is on the yard level. From the yard, you can observe, photograph, and video the events of the sky, such as ultimatively blazing aurora borealis. The yard also shows a clean and abundant Kemi River. Tapionniemi is a 2019 Lappish village.

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Summertime is also full of activities, rowning around an island, fishing (lots of pike), berries, nightless nights etc. We are located 25 km from the center of Rovaniemi, in the most amazing spot you can find in the area.

Enjoy our traditional and cosy house in a typical Lappish village, while be surrounded by nature. A good place to observe Northern Lights, see reindeer and experience different activities, such as skiing, ice fishing, and snowmobiling in winter months. The house is located conveniently by E63 road and a 30-minute drive from Pyhä-Luosto National Park. During summer, you can fish in the river, choose from multiple hiking trails and enjoy midnight sun.

Welcome to stay on our local reindeer farm. The ensuite guesthouse is located in our courtyard by the beautiful (Raudanjoki) riverbank. Forrest starts just outside the premises so leave the noise and lights of the city behind and come to enjoy the peace and quiet. Some of our reindeers live by the courtyard, we have winter walking track nearby forest and a perfect location for spotting the northern lights.

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.
