The cottage is located in the forest for 30 minutes from the airport/Santa Claus village, on the magnificent Kemijoki River. Here, you'll get to experience the nature, starry sky, and forest of the real Lapland. The cottage has drinking water and electricity, as well as electric heaters. Wood-burning sauna. The kitchen and dining area of the cottage are well-equipped. Upon separate agreement, I offer the following activities: private 3-hour excursion for €90 per person, breakfast for €15 per person, and Loimu salmon over a campfire for €60 per person. I stay in the yard, and I'm available if needed.

The price of the accommodation includes the use of the sleeping area, a separate kitchen cabin, a sauna, and an outdoor toilet. The cottage is located 12 km from the center of Kemijärvi. The log cabin has beds for two. Electricity + heating. Well-equipped kitchen. No running water. The hosts provide drinking water for the kitchen. Fireplace. Experience the peace and quiet of Lapland's nature and the midnight sun in a unique glass-walled experience cabin on the shore of a wilderness lake. Accommodation for 3, up to 5 beds for those sleeping in their own sleeping bags. The kitchenette has a hot plate, microwave, refrigerator, kettle, toaster and dishes (glasses, mugs, plates, coffee presses, cutlery, etc.). There are showers in the adjacent beach sauna. Composting wood toilet. The sauna is wood-heated. If necessary, we will guide you in heating the sauna. Available in summer and early autumn.

Enjoy the peaceful atmosphere of the old and idyllic school in its spacious upstairs apartment (k, oh, 2mh, sauna/toilet/shower, 2 hallways). The beautiful surroundings offer wonderful outdoor opportunities - the ski trail to the nearby hills starts from the yard, the adjacent lake allows ice fishing, in the summer you can hike and pick berries in the nearby hills, a rowing boat is waiting on the school beach. The kitchen is well equipped for cooking. The apartment and courtyard are well suited for families with children.

Villa Hilda is located on the shores of the scenic Yli-Suolijärvi, about 20 km north of Posio. A quiet and private cottage. You can fish, kayak, swim and hike. Solar power system 230V. No water supply, drinking water must be brought along. The kitchen has a gas stove, sink and drainage. The coffee maker, refrigerator and lighting are powered by electricity. Separate sauna, bathing water must be carried from the lake. Gas grilling and fish smoking, campfire area. Outdoor toilet. Riisitunturi, Korouoma, Ruka about 50 km.

Villa Uuttu is located in its own peace in the Soutajan area, very close to Pyhätunturi. The cottage is well suited for a large family, two families, or even a friend/work group. The cottage has a 100M fiber optic connection, Wi-Fi and a workstation, so remote working is also great. The cottage is located in the vicinity of skiing, hiking and cycling routes and Lake Pyhäjärvi. The cottage has four bedrooms with beds for eight. The second bedroom downstairs is accessed through the second bedroom.

Villa Vihtori by Lake Perunkajärvi

Villa Vihtori is a modern 90 m² log house. The ground floor features a living room, kitchen, two bedrooms with combinable beds, an always-ready sauna, and two toilets. Upstairs, there is a loft with a 120 cm wide bed. The house also includes a glass-covered terrace. A separate studio building offers a room/80-140 cm bed, one toilet and a small kitchen. The villa offers snowshoes guests to use free of charge during their stay. Also, there's spinning lean-to that can be turned towards the sun.
