The cottage is located on a large plot of land and has spacious views of the lake and the surrounding landscape. From the village you can take the ferry to a beautiful sandy beach. The starting point of the ski trails is 2 km away, but you can go straight from the yard to the lake ice to ski. For fishermen, Lake Kemijärvi offers abundant catches. Cloudberries, blueberries and lingonberries are waiting for pickers right at the corner of the cabin.

Cottage under the northern lights

This unique and peaceful retreat makes it easy to relax in the midst of pure nature. The cottage is located in a small village in the middle of the Lapland wilderness. Here you can do skiing, snowshoeing, and fishing. In addition, we organize snowmobile tours as desired. The cottage is about 75km to the city of Rovaniemi. Ice fishing tour 40€ person, 1-2h. Just 15 min. drive from Rovaniemi City center and you will be fully out of the reach of streetlights. Perfect opportunity to spot the Northern Lights and plenty of room in the garden for snowfun. House has been separated into two apartments for our guests. This A apartment has room for 5 person. One king size bed with window view and second twin bed with one bed upper as bunk bed. The house is being fully renovated and reopened for season 2023.
