The cottage has wifi, a 43' TV and the radio has a bluetooth connection. The bathroom furniture has been renewed. The cottage has a good sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet. The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

Charming cottage with all amenities on a large plot. The center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km away. Santa's village or the airport is also about 25 km away. No public transportation. The roads are well maintained even in winter. It's easy to get to the cottage. If you wish, transportation can be arranged for an additional fee by Mercedes Benz Vito car.
