The cottage has original charm, with a new beautiful interior. Good kitchen. You can sleep downstairs or in the loft. The stairs to the loft are steep. The cottage has wifi, a 43' TV and the radio has a bluetooth connection. The bathroom furniture has been renewed. The cottage has a good sauna, washing machine and drying cabinet. Linens and final cleaning are included.

Spacious villa with spectacular view over Pyhätunturi fell, "always ready" sauna with a soft löyly. Outdoor hot tub in use (self heated, extra fee). Only 3,5 km to Pyhä skiing resort. Can fit up to 11 ppl and has everything you need for a perfect holiday in Lapland. Week and longer reservations include 2 x adult ski passes for Pyhä ski resort (ski season). Towels and bedlinen: extra fee of 30€ / person. Note: this includes also handtowels 2 medium size efatbikes for rent (30€ per 🚲 / day)

Charming cottage with all the amenities on a large plot. The distance to the center of Rovaniemi is only about 25 km. The distance to Santa Claus Village or the airport is also about 25 km. No public transport. The roads are well maintained even in winter. The cottage is easy to get to. If you wish, transportation can be arranged by Mercedes Benz Vito car for an additional fee. Arctic Apple Tree Apartment

Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Studio apartment for short-term accommodation. Best suited for 1-2 people but there are beds to 3. Private entrance and the car can be parked right outside the front door. Socket for car engine heater (not for EV-car batteries). Bed linen and towels are included in the reservation. Bed linen is for the number of people indicated in the reservation. Extra towels 5 eur/person. Best suited for those looking for good nights sleeping. Discount for multiple nights.

An atmospheric house on the shore of the Kemijoki River

The naturally beautiful Kemijoki beach is about an hour's drive from Rovaniemi, 65 km towards Kuusamo. I recommend renting a car. Fully equipped 75 m2 cottage with two bedrooms, kitchen, sauna, bathroom, porch and terrace. There is a beach near the cottage (about 700 m). Opportunities for snowmobiling, fishing, berry picking and hunting, as well as hiking. There is a boat launch about 1.2 km away.

A cottage in a great location on the shore of Lake Simo. Suitable for groups of two or three. Good fishing, hunting and berry areas next door. Peaceful location. Sauna in the same building. Tidy bio toilet. Solar power, you can charge your phone and computer. Gas stove. Door and windows replaced on the side of the cottage, and added extra thermal insulation inside. Can also stay in winter.
