Waterfront vacation rentals in Lapland

We had a great time at Eija's place. It's as nice as the pictures suggest and a good starting place for exploring northern Finland. As a general tip, I'd recommend traveling by car, then you can easily reach several national parks and other sights in the area, as well as Rovaniemi. The area is calm, the frozen lake and snowy scenery make for a serene retreat. Eija was always quick to respond, helpful and friendly. Definitely recommended!

The place is really bigger in real life! Beautiful view, we were able to see some northern lights on the 31st! Arto is very responsive! I recommend it. ☺️

Great accomodation, very close to the city. Amazing views from the deck. Maarit was great! communication was very clear and she was very accommodative.

Laura and Antti were great hosts who responded quickly. We had a great stay with a child. The apartment had everything we needed for two-nights-stay. The location could not be better - everything was at walking distance and the view from living room was great. Highly recommended!

We spent 4 days with the family here and were very satisfied. Everything as described and very quiet. You can quickly head towards Ruka/Lapland, but also quickly to shops.

Wonderful stay in Lapland and the apartment is warm, clean and very functional. Niina and Heini are adorable and very responsive if you have any problems or questions. We had the greatest stay at Kosti’s ! He’s the best host we could ask for. He’s always available when you need anything, and makes sure for your stay to be as welcoming as possible. The sauna and pool are really nice to enjoy, and the location is perfect. The (then frozen) river next to the house offered us the possibility to watch wonderful auroras, and the proximity the Ounasvaraa ski station allowed us to enjoy it as much as possible. I could only recommend you to stay at Kosti’s place if you want your stay to be the best, and feel as a local.

We had a great stay. The place is beautiful, quiet and surrounded by nature. The house is very well cared for, well equipped and very comfortable. Very responsive and friendly host, always responded promptly to all our concerns. I would definitely go back there.

The house is simply fantastic and perfect. The location is beautifully situated on the (frozen) lake with great views. In winter, you are right on the cross-country ski trail for a round of cross-country skiing or for a nice walk. In the evening, you can watch the northern lights from the sofa, so to speak, or you can walk a few meters to the frozen lake. The house is very high quality furnished and exceptionally well equipped. We felt immediately comfortable and the house had everything we needed. The jacuzzi and sauna made the house perfect for us. There were 9 of us and the house is also highly recommended for a large group.

A functional and cozy ensemble in a quiet location with the best price quality I've ever experienced. I can easily recommend if you want some privacy in a comfortable setting near the ocean. The owner communicated very quickly which is also a big plus.

We had a wonderful stay here. One of the most beautiful and peaceful places we've ever been. The sauna and hot tub were perfect to get out of the cold, the bed was very comfortable, and the kitchen/ living area was well done and had everything we needed. We were also lucky enough to see the northern lights just walking outside. We couldn't have asked for more and will certainly be back!

The accommodation was perfect for our stay in Rovaniemi. The flat is very central and there are many restaurants and shops nearby. The flat is furnished to a very high standard and you immediately feel at home. I can really recommend it! Leena is a great host and was always easy to contact.

It was great! The apartment is super central, you can do a lot on foot. It is modern and has everything you need.

We traveled with our 7-month-old baby and Hanna-Leena was very accommodating with everything (in-cancellation, etc.), which made our trip very successful! The glassed-in balcony was perfect for naps and our sweetheart enjoys bathing so the tub was a bonus. The location by the river was perfect considering all the activities we wanted to do.

The stay went smoothly. The area is peaceful, no extra noise in the surroundings, and the city center is easily accessible. I recommend
