Cozy 50m2 apartment of a familyhouse by a river: Kitchen, livingroom with sleeping loft, bathroom, balcony, underground sauna and jacuzzi (extra price), barbecue and parking place. There are four beds (one double and two singles) and if necessary baby's bed. Apartment is located in a peacefull familyhouse area and it takes 5 min drive and 20 min walk to city center. Supermarket is very close also (2 min drive and 10 min walk).

This cottage is in perfect location for outdoor activities all year round. Pyhä -Luosto national park wilderness is yours to explore. We provide some essentials such as soap, toilet paper, blankets, quilts, and pillows. Renovated (Pictures of the kitchen updated), spacious and cozy apartment in a peaceful neighborhood, 5km from the center of Rovaniemi. The apt has a bedroom with a comfortable queen-sized bed, a spacious living area with a full kitchen and a sofa-bed, as well as a loft area. We can be easily reached since we live in the same building, and we are happy to help with anything. The area is quiet and close to nature, with a beautiful lake nearby. We have two bicycles for our guests.

Siinä on kaksi erillistä sänkyä ja sohva, joka voidaan taittaa kokoon. Siellä on iso lasitettu parveke. Huoneistossa on astiat, hyvin varustettu minikeittiö ja liinavaatteet,pimeät verhot. Huoneisto sijaitsee lähellä kaupungin keskustaa( 2 km) . Oma sisään kirjautuminen.

Cozy cottage near by Ruka (5km). Only three semi-detached houses in the same area. The nearest grocery store (Sale market) is 3 km away. Linens (sheet, duvet cover, pillowcase) and towels are not included in the rent, they must be brought to the cottage yourself. Or you can rent them from me for an extra fee €25/person. Toilet paper and paper towels are available at the cottage. The rental includes 1 bag of firewood.

This traditional Finnish cottage is located by the Lake Norvajärvi 15 km from the center of Rovaniemi and 10 km from the airport. We have renovated the cottage in summer and fall 2019&2022 for your better use. Here you can feel the Finnish cottage culture and enjoy the peace of nature and silence. If the weather is good for the Northern lights and you want to see them this is the place.

Siisti biokäymälä. Aurinko sähköt, voi ladata puhelinta ja tietokonetta. Kaasuliesi. Ovi ja ikkunat uusittu tuvan puolelle sekä laitettu lisälämpöeristys sisäpuolelle. Voi majoittua myös talvella.
