This guest house offers a complete apartment style lodging with separate bedroom, living room and mini kitchen. Everything has been purchased brand new so you can rest assured your stay will be comfortable. No old smelly furniture!! Our kitchen is equipped with an induction cooktop, microwave and Keurig coffee maker, of course we offer complimentary pods for our guests! Access is via a private front door for easy access and total privacy. There is also a pull out in the living room.

we had such a wonderful week at Aaron's place, this house is located in a wonderful residential family orientated neighborhood my grandchildren and I were able to walk around and see a couple of the wild peacocks that roamed the area. great accessibility to the Beach, fun things for the kids to do, ample resources for dining. the house was everything I imagined it to be, Modern extremely clean, well stocked with everything you could possibly need! it was wonderful waking up and having my coffee outside in the screen enclosed sunroom while listening to the birds chirp as the morning sun came up! absolutely loved it! hoping to come back in a couple months and I will definitely try and book your house again!

We had a great time it was a beautiful area. We lived the pool area had cabana like things. Besides the people above us were stomping and make a lot of noise at night time. I had a wonderful stay and would come back.

If you are looking for clean and safe for a very reasonable price, this is it. But, please note, this is NOT brand new and NOT a luxury hotel stay. The water does have sulfur smell and the shower tile is clean but old. The bed was comfortable twin size. The communication is great. I gave 5 stars because it meets the description given, but just be aware that if you are looking for a modern new studio with nothing outdated, go elsewhere and pay more.
