House vacation rentals in Palm Bay

Wow. This house is STUNNING! It’s in a neighborhood but feels absolutely secluded once you walk through the door. The back yard is an absolute oasis especially at night! The home is tidy, spacious, and welcoming. You look through cabinets and feel right at home unlike some air bnbs. We even left some things behind for other guests to enjoy after us. Our whole family loved this space! It’s super close to restaurants, groceries stores, and a 5 minute drive to Walmart. 15-20 minutes to cocoa beach. Communication was immaculate and the hosts even let us know some fun facts about the property and the neighbors. We are already wanting to return! I can’t recommend this place enough!

This was our 2nd time staying here and will definitely be back again next year, God willing! Home is always super clean. Fully stocked with absolutely everything you need and more. . Beds are super comfortable.. The backyard is like an Oasis and you feel like you’re at a resort. We got to see a SpaceX launch from the beach, which is literally just steps away. Janessa is a great host and very accommodating. We also did a 2 hour sunset sail on the Banana River with a company called Cocoa Beach Catamaran & saw lots of dolphins & manatees. They are about 5 miles down the road at the Island Time Marina. So much fun stuff to do within minutes. This is our one of our favorite Airbnb’s. Thank you again Janessa for another great year. 💕

Great place! Would definitely stay here again! Loved the pool and close drive to the beach. Clean house. We did a lot of cooking in the kitchen- had all necessary kitchen items. Enjoyed the local recommendations- went to Surfin Turtle 3 times for ice cream, our kids loved it! Quiet neighborhood! Felt right at home! Thanks for a great family vacation!!

Fantastic! My husband and I needed a few weeks of R&R and that's just what we got at Mike's & Jeff's place. The home is very clean, nicely decorated, and in a quiet neighborhood. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances, pots & pans and dishes. The pool was perfect, we sat outside most every day reading and soaking up the sun. If I have my way, we'll be back next year, but longer.

Me, my husband, and our 2 dogs loved staying here. There was so much to do in the area and we had a great trip, but even just staying at the house was a highlight. The pool was perfect and the backyard was the perfect area for our dogs to play. Kenneth was very communicative and had great recommendations. One of the best places we’ve ever stayed!

Our stay here was great. If I had to come back to the area, I’d stay here again. Very clean, looks exactly as shown on pictures, clear instructions for check-in/check out, responsive host, and the pool was awesome too.

Mrs. Ali and her home were perfect! Her home had everything we needed, so she pays attention to detail! She went above and beyond, even had a cute basket made for my daughter's birthday (my daughter loved it)! I ultimately chose her home because of the hot tub, but we were surprised with even more. The corn hole, putt putt golf strip, and other amenities was icing on the cake! The house smelled great, sheets smelled great, the house even had bikes and beach toys for our use! This has been a stay to remember! Thank you so much for sharing your home; we are grateful!🦋

We had a terrific stay! We had a little glitch with the AC...the batteries in the thermostat needed to be changed. Kathy and Jamie were quick to solve the problem and even sent a professional to double check the unit to make sure it worked after replacing the batteries. Very comfortable home. We enjoyed our stay. We cooked every night and the kitchen was well stocked.

Rick’s Air BnB is the cleanest Air BnB we have ever rented. The decorations are spot on and the place was well equipped for everything we needed. The place is as pictured. Very comfortable. We enjoyed the screened in porch and peaceful back yard. It is close to restaurants, shopping and activities. We have been visiting family in the area every year, several times a year, for the last six years and Rick’s place tops all of our rentals. Rick was quick to respond to any questions/comments. The rental is good for family with kids as well as a place for adults. His house is top notch and we hope to be back. Don’t hesitate to rent this home! You won’t be disappointed!

Ariel is a super host for this gem of a house. Always responsive, flexible and the house was in prestine conditions. A relaxing weekend with magical views and surroundings.

Jake was an excellent host. Very quick responses to any questions or issues. The AC was not working optimally and Jake did not hesitate to send a technician right away to fix the problem 100%. My group was very pleased. Thanks Jake!

This truly felt like home away from home. The house was spotless, beautiful and everything that was promised. Katherine was also a wonderful, friendly and responsive host. The neighborhood was very safe, quiet and peaceful with easy access to the interstate. I would highly recommend this beautiful home and look forward to staying again when I come back.

Gustavo was a great host and for anybody looking for a nice place that feels like home but also feels like a vacation, this is the place to go. The grill is a bonus!!! Made the second night a breeze.

This house was an absolute joy to stay in. We disnt need to leave the property to be entertained, it had what we wanted all on site. The fishing, paddle boat, canoe, were all very enjoyable. Sitting on the deck at sunset and sunrise right on the water was amazing.

The home was exactly as pictured, beautiful inside and out. It was far enough away from the main thoroughfares to be quiet but still close enough that going for groceries or going to see attractions could be done quickly and with ease. All of the amenities one would need and expect to find were included. As an added bonus, working during the day from the provided work area was probably the best experience I've had so far with any home I've rented, as it includes an adjustable height (standing) desk and monitor, and the chair was very comfortable. Overall I was very pleased with my stay!

Ahmed was very accommodating to our check in times when needed and responded to all of our needs and questions with amazing timing. Kathy's place was super clean and beautifully decorated. The covered patio was a great place to have a meal in the evening or a coffee in the morning watching the squirrels and birds start their day. The house was stocked with absolutely anything you could need, from toiletries to cleaning supplies and enough available to last for a while. Kathy was very responsive and kind. One thing to note for those with little ones is that while beautiful, the house does have lots of decorations that could easily break. We stayed with our 2 year old and had no issues but she's not very rambunctious, for the most part. Just something to keep in mind! I would definitely recommend the place and would consider staying again if we are in the area.

We recently stayed at Pete’s Place while in town for a baseball tournament, and had a fantastic experience. The property manager went above and beyond to make our stay memorable — even leaving a thoughtful good luck note for our son, which meant a lot. She was incredibly friendly, checked in just the right amount, and offered helpful local recommendations without being intrusive. The home itself was spotless and well-maintained. While other families on our team encountered issues like bugs at their rentals, we had no such problems — everything was clean, comfortable, and clearly well cared for. We would highly recommend Pete’s Place to anyone visiting the area. It truly stood out as a top-notch stay.
