Lovely place to enjoy peace and beautiful location. Place was really clean and the house was really pretty. Would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a peaceful and relaxing place! will visit this place again for sure!!

We had a great time, the 4 of us ( my husband, 2 kids and myself) enjoyed the beach being so close, and the pool and hot tub. My husband did a lot of fishing, as there were many bridges and piers near by. We saw a rocket launch from the beach one night, and saw a sea turtle nesting on the beach near by. Overall great stay, we all had a blast!

Th Resort at Cocoa Beach was super nice. There was a lot for our kids to do daily on-site. We really didn’t have to leave for any activities. Publix is also right up the street so getting groceries was fast as well.

We had a wonderful stay! The condo is beautiful and has everything you need to feel at home and comfortable. We loved the screened in porch and comfy living room. The beach and main pool were just a short walk across the road. We enjoyed the pool and the outdoor restaurant by the pool for food and drinks. The beach was beautiful and not crowded.

Loved the location which is walkable to beach, stores, and restaurants. Condo was as described and located on a peaceful pond. Elaine was very responsive to messages.

We had a great time in Cocoa Beach. The unit is only 2blocks from beach access and had everything we needed for staying, cooking, and beach day stuff. Kirk was very kind. The courtyard was exactly what we needed even though we didn’t know we needed it! We drank coffee there in the mornings and dried our wet swimsuits there overnight. We would absolutely stay there again!

We had a wonderful time at this home in Sea Oaks. Awesome location close to the path to the beach. Very clean screened in porch, which was lovely in the am for coffee. We all slept really well everyday night and were super comfortable. Would recommend to others

I had a long term stay at Patrick's AirBnB in Cape Canaveral for a work assignment. The condo was great, very spacious with a beautiful beach view, and had all the accommodations you could ask for: A well fully equipped kitchen, nice beds/mattresses, ample linens and towels, and bathrooms with nice showers. The building was well-kept and the pool area was very nice (never crowded). The beach was a three minute walk from the condo, and the area felt very safe and walkable. The pier with restaurants was about one mile south and eacy to get to on foot. While there were some renovations happening during my stay, which Patrick fully disclosed prior to my committing to my stay, I was at work during the day, so this impacted me very little. Note: the renovations were reaching completion in early October 2024. I do want to say Patrick was an amazing host, helping in any way he could, and very responsive to any questions I had. His hospitality helped make my stay very enjoyable.

This place was perfect for our family’s spring break vacation! The resort had everything we could have wanted!! The pool was refreshing and not overcrowded, especially in the early evening. The kids loved the game room - complete with pool tables and an air hockey machine. The beach was so relaxing. There are umbrellas and chairs available to rent if needed. The walk to the beach is short - right down the wooden pathway. The showers along the way are great to rinse off the sand before heading back upstairs. The unit itself was pristine. We scored a spot on the 4th floor, so we had a great ocean view off the side of the balcony. There was plenty of space for 4 of us, and the well-stocked kitchen was wonderful for cooking meals in the evening! There is also an incredible seafood place 1/2 mile away - right next to Publix. We are already excited for the next time we’re able to visit!! Thanks so much for the perfect trip! ☺️

Great place for two people. We each had our own room and enjoyed sharing the common room to watch TV. It was quick to the beach, so we would spend 1/2 the day at the beach, take a break and then go to the pool in the afternoon. It was clean and easy to access.

We enjoyed our stay. I would say the walk to the beach is a little longer than 10 mins. But apart from that there were many dining options in walking distance. Unfortunately, the pool was closed. I was very happy with the cleanliness, a few decorations would make the place a little more cozy, though. All in all I could recommend this place, it's basic, but price and location and cleanliness were great.

We enjoyed our stay and loved the direct and easy beach access. The condo was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Everything was spotless upon arrival. Thank you for a wonderful stay in an amazing location. Would highly recommend this condo.

Tera’s place was lovely, and exactly what we needed for our beach stay. A beautiful beach was a 3 minute drive, or an easy walk, right down the road. The whole condo was clean and there was a personalized note waiting for us. We had a wonderful experience and would love to stay again if we’re ever back in the area!

We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful property. Andrew is an amazing host, from start to finish he was accommodating and very helpful in so many ways. Andrew’s home was immaculate and had everything we needed. We loved all the workout equipment and spent most of our time in the backyard by the pool enjoying all the exquisite birds and wildlife. Very relaxing and quiet. I can’t say enough good things about our stay, hope to stay again in the future.

Wow! This property had it all. It was perfect for our family get away. Ping pong, kayaks, paddle boards, and the most peaceful back “yard” ever. We saw dolphins, manatees, and birds galore. Our family made memories and relaxed well.

We really enjoyed our stay! My wife and I were in town for a longer work trip, and this place gave us the perfect mix of getting things done and relaxing. The beach and pool were a great bonus, and we truly felt at home. Chuck was a great host — responsive and easy to deal with. Thanks for everything!

Great place to stay! The decor inside was beautiful, love the nautical/beach theme. The pool was immaculately kept and super refreshing in the afternoon. Lyndsey is super quick to respond to any questions too. We would definitely stay again!

I can only say good things about Levi’s place! The house was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need. We were 6 people (3 adults, 3 children) and we never run out of towels! The house was very confortable and the outside was amazing! The beach is a short drive from the house and the hosts provided all the equipment to make it even more enjoyable! I looked at several other places before choosing this one, and I can 100% recommend this house to other guests.

We had the best time at this place! It had everything we needed for a beach day wagons, coolers, chairs, toys…you name it. The house was super kid-friendly and had stuff for all ages. I mentioned it was my son’s birthday, and we walked in to find the place decorated with birthday banners! So thoughtful. The host was super responsive and helpful the entire time. Such a cozy, fun spot! Would definitely stay again!

I recently had the pleasure of staying at Kissing Dolphins Resort, and I must say, it was an unforgettable experience! One of the highlights of my stay was definitely the private hot tub. It provided the perfect setting for relaxation, surrounded by stunning views and an atmosphere that truly felt like a slice of paradise. The cleanliness of the resort was spectacular. Everything was spotless, from the common areas to our private accommodations. It was clear that the staff takes great pride in maintaining a pristine environment, which made our stay even more enjoyable. In addition to the wonderful amenities, our host was incredibly informative and attentive. They went above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed during our stay. One particularly thoughtful gesture was that they arranged for dinner to be sent to the house, which was a delightful surprise. It was a nice touch that added to the overall experience and made us feel very welcomed. Overall, awesome stay
