AWESOME!! Just for the view, it's worth the stay. - Incredible view at any time; - Comfortable environment; district - Excellent cleaning; - Privacy; - It has many outdoor areas. Even the house's parking lot has a view!! In addition to this, there is another main balcony, a large pool area and the pier area. In other words, these are spaces that in other places are all shared, but here they are PRIVATE! Are you going to wash dishes? There's a view; Are you having a barbecue? It has a view Are you going to sleep in the master bedroom? It has a view. Besides, the house is well-equipped, kitchen, bedrooms, etc. And not to mention the pool. I only suggest one thing: that the photocell-type sconce lights of the pool and others have a switch as well. Why? Sleeping with the black-out curtain open in the master bedroom is fantastic. Only the lights of Florianópolis and Enseada give that incredible air and you can sleep peacefully. With the photocell lights that turn on automatically, there is too much light. It is more difficult to sleep.

We liked the house very much, everything was extremely clean and organized and corresponded with the description and photos. We feel at home and very comfortable. The villa is pleasant a few yards from the beachfront, well-equipped and located in a quiet part.

This is our second time staying at Isabel's house!! I will always have good recommendations of the place, home cozy, organized, safe and Isabel always very receptive.

The hosts were wonderful! Very attentive and received us super well (even with a delicious little tuck). The house is very clean, organized and charming, as well as having complete gardens and hortinhas, providing all the comfort we needed! The place is perfect for those seeking privacy and tranquility, and to spend time with family ❤️ We will definitely recommend it to everyone and come back one day!

It was a nice and quiet place, in accordance with what was published, but it is outside the island of Florianopolis, which I did not realize at the time of renting. It is located on the mainland about 30 minutes from downtown Florianopolis. That was not a problem since we had rented a car. I don't know how transportation is in the area, but with respect to the accommodation, it's excellent, with supermarkets and gas stations nearby

Our family loved the accommodation, the house has 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms, large kitchen, very good leisure space, swimming pool, ping pong, billiards and the field! The house is close to the beach, market and pharmacy! If we had the chance to go back, we would definitely go back! Thanks to the hosts! 💝

The place is amazing, the house is simple and extremely cozy, we went in search of escaping the hectic routine of everyday life and there we had privacy in a calm, peaceful, quiet place, at night we only heard the waves of the sea and at dawn we could see the sunrise that is beautiful from the pier. It even rained a little at night, but during the day there was beautiful sunshine, which made the place even more perfect.

Our stay was excellent, Dioneia welcomed us very well and gave us many tips about the region. We felt at home, even with small children it was great! Super quiet location, makes you feel like a local! We'll be back for sure and I recommend it without a doubt!

Wonderful stay! The apartment is exactly as shown in the pictures — clean, well maintained, comfortable and super complete. The location is excellent, close to the beach and with easy access to everything we needed during the trip. We felt at home from beginning to end. Communication with the host was also great, always thoughtful and helpful. We have absolutely nothing to complain about. We will definitely be back and recommend it to anyone looking for a quiet and pleasant place to rest!

It's a shame I can't give 6 stars for the experience I had staying here with Eduardo… I'm not from Brazil and communicating in Portuguese is still a challenge, but Eduardo realized this and had all the patience to explain where to find everything I might need in the neighborhood (markets, restaurant recommendations, etc.) – all located just a few steps from the apartment. It was such a warm and friendly welcome that I felt like I was staying at a family member's house. The apartment is perfect. I had everything I needed during my stay. I've stayed in several Airbnbs in the region (Floripa, São José, Palhoça), so I can say with confidence that the cost-benefit of this place is much better than any other in this price range. You won't regret staying here. Thanks again, Eduardo. I'll be back soon!

debora's apartment has beautiful views,we have breakfast looking at the sea,super comfortable and quiet,Debora and her family are always attentive. Quiet ,family-friendly area,the beach is divine and is meters from the apto. There is a super close and some restaurants to go by car,I recommend those of Guarda do Embau.

we had a small mishap with the location! We rented an apt that arriving on the day was not available but Dileta was super helpful and quickly organized another space for us to be able to allocate ourselves!

The apartment is very well located and cozy, the stay was very quiet and the instructions were clear, the host was very attentive from the beginning to the end of the stay. I recommend the stay.

Very nice and quiet place for families. You have to get around by vehicle to get to the beaches, but you have several beautiful beaches in Punta de Papagayo, or Guarda do Embau, 10-15 minutes away. If you're looking for peace of mind, this is the place to be. If you're looking for nightlife and a busy center, you have to get around by vehicle. Recommended.

Sergio's apartment is cozy, beautiful, clean and has a very quiet vibe, I felt at home. Sergio responds quickly, super polite and kind. Easy check-in and there's plenty to do in the surroundings.
