The place is spotlessly clean and organized. It is well located, close to restaurants, bakeries, cafes, markets, even has a small market within the condominium. It has availability of parking spaces to park the car. The condominium offers study room, gym, very comfortable leisure area. The hostess is a very communicative person, with great tips for walks, she has the wonderful Lucky (cat), well cared for and smelling. Super recommend it, it was an amazing experience.

Space is exactly as described in the listing, all very neatly tidy, very clear, airy and clean. Very close to everything, market, restaurants and many trails. For those who like to venture on trails and enjoy quiet and beautiful beaches... it is paradise. For our travel style was perfect, we spent 15 wonderful days, Estela is a love of person.

Quiet place, spacious suite, check-in was time-consuming, I was able to enter the APARTMENT only at 6 p.m., Alexsandro communicative always trying to assist, but when I needed to change the date, it did not meet my request, so from my point of view it met my expectations,but the check-in and the change of date is to be wished.

The Vanessa Studio is very practical! Great for those looking for comfort and tranquility in a beautiful region of Florianópolis, which is the gastronomic route of Coqueiros. We were the first guests of the site. The building is new, has a good gym and even gourmet space. We recommend!

This absolutely beautiful flat is worth staying in for the view alone: we loved the hammock with the vista of the forest. The decoration was also lovely, and the neighbourhood is not only safe but leads directly to a beach and a nature reserve of dunes that is perfect for nature-lovers. Thank you very much! We'd love to be back one day.

Apt very clean and organized,has all the necessary items for the stay ,the condominium has a very good structure and private access to the beach .

I stayed for 1 week and everything was amazing. Amanda is a sweetheart, responds quickly and is very helpful. The apartment is super cared for, clean and practical. With a hairdryer, beach chairs and sunshine and everyday utensils. It felt like home and will definitely be back.

Vinicius is very kind and available. Condo: - Quiet. - wonderful gardens. - a very functional gym. The weather wasn't good, because it rained, so we couldn't use the outdoor pool, however the outdoor pool looked luxurious and the heated pool exquisite. Inside the condominium there is a small mini-market that helps you with the basics. Comfortable and functional apartment; kitchen with good appliance implementation. Consider that the beach is a 10-minute walk away.

We stayed during the holiday and the experience was excellent! The house perfectly met our expectations and even had more amenities than we expected. The place is simply a paradise for those who want to rest and relax. Simply the structure of a club, but you feel like it's private. Very quiet, the sound of the lake in front of the house is relaxing, the waters renew the soul. The house itself is another paradise apart, it was the best trip we made. The atmosphere is very romantic and perfect for those who want to get even closer to their love. The host was the best I've ever had, sent videos explaining every detail and quickly answering any questions we had. Each corner had a surprise that made us fall even more in love with space, even mate and guitar to complete our peace and quiet. We will definitely come back many times.
