Really beautiful apartment, it met our expectations, very easy to access and everything was impeccable, really clean all the spaces of the apartment. Joao very kindly welcomed us to his apartment, when we asked him questions during our stay he answered us quickly. We were very happy with our stay.

All right, excellent place, Cristiano served us very well, wonderful pool! I went for a business trip and my wife and daughters went together, they stayed more in the house than me (it is an apartment, but it looks like a house, it is very large and has the part of the barbecue and pool that is downstairs), it is worth hiring the pool heating, it made a total difference to enter the pool. I recommend it!

The stay was very good. The apartment is exactly like in the photos, it is quite wide, has new air conditioned and in perfect operation in all rooms, utensils available as described. It is 1 and a half from the beach, close to the supermarket, pharmacy... it is possible to do everything without the car, even if you need it is all very close.

good location, close to several locations

We spent a night at Rosi's apartment and the experience was great. The apartment was extremely clean and organized. Very fragrant bed linen and towels. The bed was very comfortable, we slept very well after a tiring afternoon at Guarda do Embau. Rosi was very communicative and always responded quickly to messages. When we arrived, she even gave us some tips for walking around Cambirela. I highly recommend it. :)

Ribeirão da Ilha is a beautiful place, it is very worth knowing, ideal for those who want to rest and get out a little of the running routine. The property has a great location, a few meters from the sea, a super quiet and safe street, close to the market and good restaurants. Tânia was super polite, agile in communication and was understanding with our need to make checkin time more flexible. In addition, we were received with a wonderful homemade cake and a bottle of coffee.

Apartment as advertised, clean and organized, well structured. Kitchen with all the necessary dishes to prepare meals. The appliances worked perfectly. Rooms with enough space to accommodate clothes, all with air-conditioning. Clean linens. Television with multiple channels and movies, Alexa available. Outdoor space favors routines involving a beach season (to leave chairs, remove sand from objects...). Thoughtful and available host. We only found difficulty with the water coming from the taps, as it was a little cloudy. But we understand that the host has no control over this. We bought mineral water to drink and cook with the whole time.

Stay was very good. Very beautiful and quiet place, perfect for which you want quiet mainly because we were in the low season. The house had everything we need, it comes close to the beach of Sonho and Ponta do Paragaio. And by car is a few minutes from Pinheira de Cima which is an excellent beach and also by Guarda do Embaú. Marcelo was an excellent host, still gave us delicious treats from his parents' place (wonderful jellies) and a wine. We will definitely be back.

Excellent apartment, everything very clean and smelly, the bedding was smelly and the bed itself was very comfortable, all rooms with air conditioning that really freeze kkk Excellent location with many good restaurants nearby, pharmacy and put practically next door, very quiet neighborhood (no problem with noise or loud sound) which was very good for us who took my grandparents. Somewhat far from the beach but at the side of the Hercílio luz bridge where we went to see the Fogos. João was an excellent host, very attentive explained to us how everything worked in the house and always responded to messages very quickly, helped us in everything even where it was the best place to see the fireworks kkkkk My grandparents loved it, they were delighted with the whole trip and for sure this apartment and João were vital to it, for sure when we return to Floripa it will be to stay in the same place.
