Beautiful Studio on Guarda do Embaú Beach, a 10-minute walk to the beach, bars and restaurants. Ideal for those who like to enjoy nature during the day and the nightlife of Guarda. The leisure area in a kiosk with a barbecue and wood-burning stove with lawn and trees provides coziness and tranquility (shared use with Studio). The house was renovated at the end of 2019, has a water tank so as not to run out in the summer, a shower on the street and parking for the car in front of the house.

A sleeping area is presented with a spacious bed adorned in neutral bedding, complemented by two decorative brown pillows. Above the bed, three framed prints of trees add a touch of nature, while a neatly rolled towel is placed in the foreground.
