Excellent attention. Marcelo is always very helpful, he helped us with some local information so we can take further advantage of our stay. The room great, super clean, the ice air conditioning, the well small room but enough for two people on the weekend visit. Good internet and smart TV. The minibar works perfect, the shower is excellent with hot water. The Espinoza recanto is strategically located almost in the centrinho and a 10 minute walk to the beach. Very close to the mini market that has everything, even bakery with fresh bread in the morning. We will definitely be back. Thanks Marcelo

I was recently there with my family, and when we first arrived in the neighborhood and its surroundings, we were surprised by the high level, order, security and the view of the surroundings. We were warmly and kindly welcomed by Ana, a movie-worthy place, nature, with an ocean view, and with direct access to the beach from the house, and you can see the best sunset. You love the house, it captivates you, with unique details you don't want to leave. Thank you EDNA, we will be back and YES, SUPER RECOMMENDED WITHOUT A DOUBT

The hosts were super nice and responded quickly to messages🌺 The property is located in an area that felt safe which was also reinforced by the fact that it was an electronic gate to get into the property! The hut is exactly like in the pictures, it is completely in the middle of nature, which is very relaxing, but it can be a little scary for those who are afraid of spiders and insects. The car entrance is really a bit challenging, but we went with an onix and we had no trouble getting in and out. It is possible to go to the beach and the center on foot, both a walk of about 15-20min. Roque was very responsive and answered all of our messages.

Near the beach, a great patio for those who go with dogs. Equipped cooking, differential have water filter. Also available beach equipment (chairs etc) very positive point. Access to the room a little difficult, not suitable for those with mobility problems. Nothing that hindered the stay. Beautiful view of the window, noise of the sea constantly. We would definitely come back.

excellent accommodation, great very kind hosts, we feel at ease as if we were among friends. the location is perfect very close to the beach (+or-50 meters). the property was very clean and organized. it has everything, bed and bath linen. in addition to the necessary utensils and electros and furniture. a small house that perfectly accommodates 1 couple with 2 children or even 4 adults, it is 2 double beds (comfortable). shower and very good refrigerator (in our opinion the main items for a good stay), 2 new air conditioners, and all items working perfectly as well. I recommend and would stay at this home again.

The cabin experience was wonderful! The place is clean, organized and super well equipped — it has everything you need to spend comfortable days: fridge, stove, microwave, cutlery, plates, glasses and more. The view is breathtaking, with the hills and the sea in the background. Watching the sunrise from there was simply unforgettable. The hot tub is perfect for relaxing, and there is also a TV with Netflix and other apps to enjoy at your leisure. We recommend taking everything you need from the market, as we tried to order through iFood and the delivery did not arrive — something that does not take away from the place at all, just a point to plan better. The host was very attentive and helpful throughout the contact. We intend to return for sure and recommend the experience!

Nando's accommodation is sensational! An immersion in nature, with a lot of comfort and good style! Surrounded by birds of various species, monkeys and a wonderful view of the lagoon, it is an invitation to a special weekend in connection with nature! The house is super well equipped and the view from the bedroom is beyond words!

The Capivara cabin was a spectacle apart from our trip, in addition to being beautiful, comfortable and private, it is super close to beaches, market, restaurants and the Lagoinha do Leste trail! We did the trail from the accommodation itself, passing through the Matadeiro beach and exiting in the Pântano do Sul. Honestly, it was the most beautiful trail I've ever done in my life, and at the end there was nothing better than arriving at the cabin and taking a nice hot bath! The cabin served us very well in terms of location, convenience and comfort, we had a full kitchen that helped us a lot with food as well! One point worth mentioning is the cleanliness, the cabin and everything in it was extremely clean! For surfers, Matadeiro beach offers very good conditions and the best part is that you can walk to the accommodation in a few minutes! The cabin and the whole place is amazing, we hope to come back again!

The Cabana is perfect, even better than in the photos, Robson is a very good person, and you can trust the directions he gives, they are excellent, the neighborhood is super quiet and there is a lot to do during the day and night, no doubt if I go back to Floripa, the cabana will be the first option! Sometimes small courtesies win over the guest, congratulations to the host Robson.

This is a hidden gem - this should be your first choice if you are intending on staying in Floripa! Stayed for two months and was tough to say goodbye after getting a routine and becoming somewhat of a local. The hosts were extremely attentive and went above and beyond whenever an issue arose. I would highly recommend staying at this property for the proximity to the beach and quality of the villa! Thanks again for the incredible stay!

We spent five amazing days at Affonso’s place with my boyfriend, and from the first moment, I knew I had made a great choice. The house is beautiful—cozy, aesthetically pleasing (very important for me, haha!), and surrounded by a lovely garden that adds to the feeling of tranquility. The location is perfect—just a 5-minute walk from the stunning Campeche beach and close to some great cafés. The house is smartly designed, super comfortable, and has everything you need for a great stay. If you’re a remote worker, the WiFi is excellent. On top of that, Affonso was very responsive and proactive. We really appreciated all the clear instructions he provided, which made our check-in and check-out seamless. We’ll definitely be back! Everything was impeccable, incredible view, magical and private place. Next to the most beautiful and safe beach in Jurere Internacional. Renata and Guillermo are excellent hosts. A place where you'd always want to return.

The space of Fábio is excellent in addition it has given us all the support in relation to the property as well as tips and guidelines regarding the region of Garopaba. I recommend and we will definitely be back.
