It's not a place for parties or events. The beach has no exit to the street, it is for you. The land has two independent houses, you are on the ground floor, at the height of the beach, with the garage and the balcony with a barbecue grill. The upper house gets used to being uninhabited, when someone is an elderly couple.

Guilherme was an excellent host. Very kind and willing to adapt the house to our needs. Spacious, comfortable and complete house. The patio of the house is fenced and safe, which made it possible for us to take our little dog. We went in the fall, taking our elderly parents and it was great. Very nice beach, many beautiful places for hiking, two restaurants open near the house this time of year. Nearby downtown area, also with a variety of shops. On Saturdays and Sundays, more restaurant options are open.

Débora and caring family members, a very well located place, 200m from the beach (I didn't even use the car), walking to the center of Pinheira, safe, everything working perfectly. When I go to Guarda again, I'll definitely stay there.

cozy local, home extremely clean and organized. Mimos super helpful giving us on arrival. Wonderful leisure area, large courtyard in front and back. The beach is not very good for bathing, but a few minutes by car has incredible beaches. the place is ideal for those who want to rest, quiet beach, without noise.

The modern two-story house features a mix of wood and concrete elements, with large glass windows that bring in natural light. Balconies with glass railings are visible on the upper level, surrounded by greenery and a clean, open pathway leading up to the entrance.

Very large and cozy house, has pretty much everything you need in the house. We love the place, very quiet. Matheus is in a very kind person. I highly recommend the place.

THE WATER HAS A SMELL THAT SEEMS TO BE SLUDGE OR SOMETHING LIKE THAT, I DON'T KNOW IF IT IS NORMAL IN THE REGION. THE PROBLEM WITH ARBINB IS THAT OWNERS POST PHOTOS THAT SEEM TO BE FROM A MOVIE, BUT WHEN THEY ARRIVE AT THE LOCATION, THE FAMILY IS DISAPPOINTED. THE AD SAYS IT IS NOT POSSIBLE TO RECEIVE VISITORS DURING THE STAY, BUT MR. VALMOR DID NOT SAY ANYTHING ABOUT IT BECAUSE MY DAUGHTER LIVES NEARBY AND WE RECEIVED HER AND HER HUSBAND AT THE HOUSE AND IT WAS FINE. THEREFORE, THERE ARE BAD THINGS AS WELL AS GOOD ONES. MORE... WE WOULD NOT RETURN TO THE LOCATION...

Regina was extremely attentive and helpful to us. We made the reservation a few hours before our arrival and she attended to us promptly. The house is excellent, super complete and comfortable. It's in a safe place, meters from a quiet beach. Plus, it has a great grassy area for dogs.

We had a wonderful weekend at this accommodation. Everything was impeccable when we arrived, the house and outdoor spaces are great. The house has all the necessary amenities. Communication with the host was always quick and we were well taken care of. The location is perfect, within walking distance of downtown and the beach. We will certainly return to the place when we return to Guarda do Embaú. Thank you for the welcome and care in hosting us.

What a special stay! We were very well received by Fernanda and Rafael, who since the confirmation of the reservation have always been available to help and guide us in the best way. The welcoming service is as amazing as the atmosphere of the Tiny House: cozy, peaceful, a true sigh of relief in the midst of nature, with a breathtaking view. Fernanda recommended nearby beaches, but we really wanted to stay in the house — which, at checkout, already felt like our home. We definitely intend to return to enjoy this tranquility even more, we recommend it with our eyes closed!
