Shops, market less than 3 km away. The house is equipped with fiber optic internet.

Welcome to the Maison de La Plage! This bright rental, ideally located, is 400 m from the seaside, (Atlantic coast, between Vertbois and Cotiniere). This 120 m2 character home with furnished inner courtyard (grill and brazier) consists of 3 spacious bedrooms, 2 living rooms, a small office area, a fully equipped kitchen, and a bathroom (Italian shower, toilet and washing machine).
