Very pleasant stay in a quiet area but close to beaches and the Port de la Cotinière. Small but functional and very well arranged accommodation; small terrace with enough space to dine or have breakfast. But above all a very warm welcome from our host Muriel, discreet and smiling, we wish we had more time to get to know each other. But 5 days it goes by quickly and we went, with our 7-year-old grandson, to discover the charms of this wild and beautiful island and the activities it offered us. We had an exceptional stay in this beautiful house on the island of Oléron. The place is even more beautiful than in the photos: the house is perfectly equipped, tastefully decorated and very comfortable. The environment is quiet, green and ideal to unwind. The location is perfect for exploring the island easily. A huge thank you to our host, who was welcoming, available and attentive throughout the stay. We'll be happy to go back!

Very nice house, very well decorated and very well-equipped. It has a holiday and relaxation atmosphere. Some inconveniences nonetheless: we hear the noise from the road which is very busy or even dangerous when you want to cross it. The wifi is only accessible in the bedrooms while it is in the living room that we use it the most. It would also be nice to offer an all-inclusive option (cleaning and bed linen) widely spread on airbnb. It is inconvenient to have to contact the concierge to order cleaning and sheets. It's still a great place!

We met a beautiful person... Thanks to Roberta for her warm welcome and extreme kindness. The perfectly clean and equipped cottage allowed us to enjoy real moments of calm. It is also perfectly placed to fully enjoy the surroundings on foot or by bike. We'll be happy to go back!!!

We had a great time at Escale J&J. The accommodation was warm and cozy. It was perfectly as described, very clean and very well-equipped with a nice enclosed outdoor space. We didn't get a chance to meet the owners but the relationships were very cordial. We recommend this listing and will probably come back.

Short trip, but excellent. I'm happy to come back if I have a chance. Linda is extremely welcoming and cheerful. It is pleasant after a long drive. Flexible, she adapted without worries to my late arrival. The accommodation is very good, I could live there every day without any problems! The description and photos are true to reality, everything is clean and functional. In addition, Linda knows a very good fast food restaurant on the island, cheap and undoubtedly the best I have tasted there. Ask her, she'll be happy to tell you where to find it... You can go there without so much as a second thought, it's 5 stars at all levels

Fantastic place to stay for our weekend in Ile de Re. The place was right around the corner of the stunning port of Saint Martin, and the apartment looked even better than the photos - super cosy and had all you could ask for. Corinne and Eric were the best hosts, very friendly and welcoming, flexible with us and always on hand to help with recommendations. We thoroughly recommend!!

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Beautiful apartment, fabulous views (even from the shower!), and delightful little private beach - where our kids enjoyed playing while we played boules on the lawn above. Lovely walk into the old port, either along the beach path, or inland along the beautiful grassy avenue. Great restaurants in the town, although we enjoyed most meals at home so we could make the most of the fantastic views. A wonderful stay!

I recommend this accommodation located close to the beach. The apartment is functional and quiet. Dylan and Evelyne are responsive and accommodating. We enjoyed our stay.

Sandrine, thank you so much!! The accommodation is niquel, balcony overlooking the sea. A dedicated parking space and then, after all, is on foot. I highly recommend if you want to spend a disconnected evening facing the sea!!
