We call it the house of happiness. Our kitchen is equipped to cook for large tables. The enclosed garden of 4400 m², a main house of 300 m² and its wooden terrace, and two pretty wooden bungalows of 40 m² with bedrooms and bathroom also connected by a terrace

La Dune house 80 m from the beach

Our family home is located in the small village of La Menounière in the municipality of St Pierre d'Oléron. Between vineyards and the ocean, in a green setting, 80 m from the beach and the bike path, the location is perfect for a total change of scenery. 3 km from La Cotinière and its pretty fishing port, find all amenities, shops, restaurants, ice cream shops etc… In summer, a free beach shuttle also runs at the end of the street.

The studio is quietly located close to the city center and the Citadel. Great for a couple and a child. Vehicles can be parked on the property. We are 5 minutes from the great beaches of Oléron and have nearby on Le Château: a small pleasant beach at high tide, as well as a supervised body of water. In the city center, there are also children's play areas and a skate park, as well as a performance hall, a port and artists' huts...
