This is a wonderful house and location. Secluded, atmospheric, and with a feeling of home.

Very pleasant accommodation, very clean. Ideally located, in the center of this beautiful city, you can do everything on foot. Thank you to Xavier for all the useful information, not forgetting Pauline, for her good advice, always charming on the phone. Recommended.

Lovely little home , with all mode cons . Only downside to the stay was not allowed to take the dog on any of the beaches in the area.

Very nice well-appointed studio with in particular the bathroom and toilet space arranged in such a way as to have privacy (quite rare in housing👍) the outdoor spaces are simply beautiful and I would say that I place the welcome among the best I have received... human, helpful, discreet and responsive at the same time... congratulations to both of you 🌞

Great location and fantastic house

We were lucky enough to have great weather. Alizée's welcome, very friendly and pleasant. Only problem, maybe complete the address in the listing mentioning the ODALYS residence and the property number. Otherwise we had a great stay on this island where the locals are all charming and quick to tell us the right places.

Ideally located, this accommodation is perfect for discovering the Ile de Ré and its beautiful landscapes by bike (rental next door, friendly). The added bonus is the sauna. Beautiful decoration, well-equipped. Good communication with the host who gives good advice. Parking right across.

Sandy is an awesome Host. We fell in love with the House the second we arrived. Very clean everything as it is on the Pictures. We felt like at home. I recommend the House for everyone. We will definitely come back. Thank you Sandy for everything. Was a pleasure to stay with you.

A real feast for the eyes, and pure relaxation. The apartment has an extraordinary ocean view, and Faucillons Beach is a real paradise. The equipment is excellent, absolutely nothing is missing, and the comfort is total. There's even parking space available. Royan's activities are a few minutes' walk away, and walking on the seafront, or inside the city is very relaxing. Jacky was very present for all the necessary information, and the concierge team in charge was very efficient and very professional for check-in and check-out. I highly recommend it, with family, friends, or alone.

Functional space, as described. Very peaceful site in this week of May (excluding long weekends) Too bad the outdoor pool was not operational, but this was offset by the indoor pool which was accessible.

Carmen is a great host, very responsive, helpful and friendly. Her place is fab, in a great location by the lagoon. As two families we enjoyed the privacy of the ensuite room with separate entrance. Having another ensuite and separate bathroom worked well for us. The main space with a little kitchen area at the back was well used too, opening out onto the terraces with ever changing views of the sea and amazing sunsets. The only issue, out of our host's control, was the bugs - mosquitoes weren't repelled by our repellent or deterred by long clothes, and the gnats and wasps were also persistent during the sunny weather. La Plage restaurant, two doors along, is welcoming for drinks and great seafood. There is an obstacle course and exercise route just along the prom for the kids as well as a baguette machine and another restaurant which rarely seemed to be open! Lidl, E Leclerc and Intermarche are within 10 mins drive. La Rochelle and Cognac within 1 hour. We would happily return.

Well located accommodation in the heart of the cotiniere but quiet because it overlooks a green space. Cozy accommodation matches the photos and description. Very welcoming host and excellent advice. A very pleasant stay in the May sunshine. I recommend the address and good restaurants around.

We had a wonderful stay at this typical old building that is almost on the water!! We lived to the rhythms of the tides and went oyster foraging in front of the house. A treat and a real luxury. The photos match the accommodation well and the house is in a good location. There are restaurants at the small port next door, a 10-minute walk away, and access to the bike path. In short, we would love to come back to this little piece of heaven.

Wonderful stay with my partner! The accommodation is as expected, very clean and in a good location. The sea view is simply splendid. Majid is very responsive and attentive, at the best! We would highly recommend it.

We had a lovely time. Also because the weather was still playing along. The place was very nice. Everything you need. The path to the beach was very narrow, but when it arrived it was fantastically beautiful. Amazing beach, amazing views. What is missing is a nice place in front of the door that you can still linger outside in the evening.

We had a perfect stay. Perfect location for touring the whole island. It offers very good comfort and the decoration is neat. Apartment close to the sea. Furnished terrace and private parking.
