Ideally situated: - less than a 10-min walk to the market and shops - less than a 10-min walk to the beaches - 100 meters from a supermarket - 15 min walk to the port and its must-see oyster shacks converted into artists' studios - 15 min walk to the Citadel of Eleanor of Aquitaine - at the foot of the cycle paths.

Each of the 2 bedrooms overlooks the pool and has its own shower room. The house is located 300 m from the port and 400 m from the beaches and close to shops and restaurants.

Wood-burning stove, wood available. Two bikes available.
