We had a lovely stay in Thomas' house and on the island of Oléron. Very good location, quiet, not far from the beaches (with surf spots) and next to the center of the village for local shops. The house is nicely renovated, very well equipped, also with lots of books, games and dvd available to take care of and have fun with the family. The island of Oléron (and its surroundings) is a beautiful destination, for lovers of cycling, nature and history. Lots of entertainment on the island in summer. It's hard to be bored. All villages are easily accessible by bike via bike paths or by car (very quickly). Thomas was very responsive to every question/message I sent him. Great host, very good accommodation and very nice holiday destination!

Great accommodation, complete It was just a one-night stay. We didn't take too much advantage of it, but that's our problem ;) €40 cleaning fee a little high for a quick visit but we were happy to pay it ;) the accommodation was great! Perfect! A small house welcoming for holidays, in a very quiet area and closest to the island of Oléron where there are plenty of places and activities to discover. The accommodation is very pleasant, equipped and clean. We had a great holiday!

A more than perfect rental for a family vacation. Ideally located accommodation, close to the sea, in a quiet neighborhood with a garage and a very valuable private parking space. Very well organized and equipped house for a large family and very clean. Marie and Emmanuel offered to let us check in earlier than planned. We just met Marie, a very friendly host, these many tips were very useful to us. We'll be happy to go back!

Michel's place is very well equipped, with all the little kitchen kit that makes it easy to check in. The accommodation is very clean and nice. It is very close to downtown shops on foot. We were very pleasantly surprised by this cozy and very tastefully decorated little house. The personal charm of the hostess was reflected in all the details. This small townhouse is super central, 5 minutes to the daily market. Everything for feasting could be procured there. It is quiet on site, you sleep great. We booked spontaneously and could not book longer, we would have liked to have stayed 😊

We had a great time with friends. The house is in a very good location between the seafront and all the shops in the village. Charming place, the heated pool is a plus. We recommend it.

On the occasion of a weekend with a girlfriend in Royan, we booked the accommodation offered by Catherine which completely met our expectations. We were greeted by Arthur who is friendly and clear in his explanations. The accommodation is well thought out, very clean and very well-equipped, which allowed us to feel comfortable quickly. We had a lovely stay with the family (grandparents/parents/children) at Janny's apartment. Atypical apartment, pleasant and functional, where everyone found their space. The terrace is a plus! We were able to enjoy La Rochelle on foot, the accommodation being in a very good location.

Everything was perfect: the architecture of the house is beautiful, the layout very well thought out, and the heated pool made the children (and parents!) happy. We stayed five nights in June 2024 at Simona's lovely home with our little dog, and we had a great time. The accommodation is as described: spacious, clean, very well-equipped and pleasant to stay in. We enjoyed the small garden in the front, perfect for enjoying the sun in peace. The location is ideal: central but in a very quiet residential area, which allows you to do everything on foot while enjoying a peaceful environment. Simona was very available and responsive throughout our stay. We strongly recommend this listing and will not hesitate to return!

Everything went well and I needed extra time to leave because of a competition and Kevin was very accommodating, thank you again. In addition, the location is great. Small quiet street but 100 m from the center and the beach.

We stayed one night at Xavier's place because we were in the area for administrative reasons. Too bad we couldn't stay longer! I definitely recommend this place! Really relaxing setting, private subdivision, quiet and clean. What can I say about the accommodation?! Magnificent. Very well decorated, everything you need provided, impeccable cleanliness. It really felt like it was at home. My parents were delighted to arrive there after 10 hours of driving. Thanks to Pauline for her availability. We'll come back for sure!

Very nice house, decorated and furnished with care. It immediately felt good there. Quiet environment allowing for naps in the outdoor area😉. Nina Métayer bakery 2 minutes away, we loved it! Large supermarket also 2 minutes away with electric vehicle charging stations. electric. Downtown is a 10-minute drive. We highly recommend it! We'll be back!
