Stort soldäck med havsutsikt, kök och vardagsrum i öppen planlösning med panoramasikt ut över havet, dubbelsäng eller två enkelsängar på övre plan samt bäddsoffa på nedre plan med tillhörande extra säng, tvättmaskin, torktumlare, kyl/frys & diskmaskin. Städ som tillval 600:- SEK Sänglinne och badlakan 200 SEK /person Båtplats med tillhörande båt för uthyrning 3 st underbara restauranger i gångavstånd från huset samt badstrand.

Outdoor dining area and a BBQ. Open plan, spacious living area with large windows. En suite bathroom. Second bedroom has a desk/work area. 4-minute walk to a tranquil bay, and 5-minute drive to Strömstad centre and Koster Islands ferry. Great waterside and forest trails and free outdoor gym close by.

Relax with the whole family in this lovely yellow cottage by lake Fegen. Situated in the forest, nature is at your doorstep. Swim & canoe on the lake, or go for walks in the forest. Pick berries or mushrooms in season, or downhill skiing at Isaberg mountain not far away. Try cross country skiing on the trails in the neighbouring town. Those who want to shop, Swedens largest department store Gekås is just 20 minutes away in Ullared. Or simply just relax around the house or on the jetty.

Relaxing old wood house

My house is adorable, next to a lake. It's peacefull, lots of windows. You can take the canoe , paddling ower the lake, or just sit and relax on the deck. Cold days, sit inside by the fireplace, read, eat a nice dinner in one off the rooms with windows owerlooking the lake. Small bedrooms,leaning walls , give you a feeling off going back 100 years in old sweden, when the house was built. You can not swim from my garden, but 200m from my house is a beach. My house is in a small village.

Living close to the nature. Two floor house with fireplace and air conditioner on each level. Lots of space and open areas. Place for parking 2-3 cars. In September 2023 we connected a new water source. Now the water is completely clean and transparent, without iron.
